    Introduction

There are so many interpretations of current events in light of Biblical prophecy that it is easy to abdicate individual responsibility for any kind of solution. Most Christians expect that if they accept Jesus as their Savior, that they will be yanked out of the jaws of turmoil without additional effort.

As a student of Scripture, I see it differently, and in this book, I share what I believe is a blueprint from the Bible for how we can live well--healthy, happy and be ready for what’s coming when most are not.

This book is about recognizing the next event as a ‘heads up’ (Jerusalem’s Destruction) so we can be ready for other important events that follow as it explains.

I am an American Christian so the primary focus is on western Christianity that it represented by the lukewarm church in Revelation 3 and the impending challenges that we face.

Please follow this journey through Scripture as a key to understanding how we can fulfill the high destiny God is offering to us. The richest promise in the Bible is found in Luke’s wedding parable—He will make [us] ruler over all that He has if we meet conditions that will be explained.

    1

The Great Sign of Revelation 12 on September 23, 2017 came and went as expected with no rapture or end of days. It’s explained in the Prologue that follows.

But we are failing to see it for its sign quality of what is impending. The 9-month pregnancy with Jupiter in the belly or womb area could mean mid-June, 2018 when we may seen a prophetic event?

Christ blended the signs of Jerusalem’s destruction with the end of the world. We think, Oh yeah, Jerusalem was destroyed in 70 AD, but we fail to see its prophetic end-time destruction that results in the wedding feast being furnished with guests in Matthew 22.

God took Israel from bondage to a covenant and said, I am married to you. This introduces the wedding parables. God got an ignorant bride at Sinai, but the chapters on the wedding parables and Elijah show how it won’t happen this time.

This seems obscure to the average Christian, but It is the glory of God to conceal a thing: but the honor of kings to search out a matter, Proverbs 25:2.

If we would be kings—ruler over all that He has, we must search for the treasure that is buried in the field of His Word, Matthew 13:44, and verse 49 says, so shall it be at the end of the world. This is for our time!

    2

The chapter on Signs of the Times show end-times are impending. The Appendix has more information for Catholics, Evangelical Christians, Jews, Muslims and other groups.

God’s gifts are in His promises like the oak tree is in the acorn. We must plant the seed of His Word in our hearts and nurture it like we tend a garden if we want to eat the sweet fruit of high destiny in our lives.

If we are faithful, His promise is sure, and without faith, it is impossible to please Him, Hebrews 11:6. We must go forward trusting, and in the end, we expect to be affirmed for our wise choices. May God bless our journey together in consideration of our high calling, and what He wants from us!

Prologue A great sign appeared in heaven.

The sign, according to astronomers, was a complex convergence of aligning planets and constellations to unfold over 9 months, to fit the Bible’s description in Revelation 12, on September 23, 2017.

    Five Reasons for Jerusalem’s Destruction

    Here are two examples:

    1. Christ blended Jerusalem’s destruction with the end-times in Matthew 22:7; 24:1-3.

    2. The end-time ‘day of the Lord’ brings all nations against Jerusalem, Zechariah 14:1,2, and events in the Middle East have been shaping up that way!

Five Reasons the US is Like Biblical Egypt

Egypt killed babies; the US has aborted 60 million.

Egypt enslaved Israel; the US enslaves most of its people with alcohol, tobacco, caffeine and drugs. Prescription drugs are a leading cause of illness and death, but we call it ‘healthcare.’ People are in bondage to food, gambling, greed, crime, sex, perversion, TV, violence, ‘music’, etc.

God exercised judgment on Egypt and took Israel to a covenant, saying, I am married to you, Jeremiah 3:14. That’s what Christ’s wedding parables are about.

Five Overlooked Insights in the Wedding Parables

The wedding parables aren’t understood. Here are two examples:

    1. We think they are about a rapture, but Matthew 25:5 implies we are asleep with lights out

    2. Each parable supports a sudden calamity, like Jerusalem’s destruction in Matthew 22:7.

Reasons for Us to Give the Wedding Invitation

    Here are a couple examples:

    1. The King’s servants bid to the wedding and the destruction of Jerusalem signals
