For my life, Your precious gift to me

For Your Plan and Purpose for me

For the Path You chose for me

I thank You Jehovah!

For helping me become me

The person You created me to be

For helping me discover my Path

The special journey You planned for me

I thank You Jehovah!

I thank You Jehovah

For my predetermined End

Which by Your grace I will accomplish

For the process and journey

Which has enriched me in all ways

I thank You Jehovah!

For what my tomorrow holds

Not because I know for sure

But because I know You

And Your ways are perfect

All For Good

And we know [with great confidence]

that God [who is deeply concerned about us]

causes all things to work together [as a plan]

for good for those who love God,

to those who are called according to

His plan and purpose.

For You Jehovah has made me

Based on a Plan and for a Purpose

And for good as You said to me

To bring me to a predetermined End

Everything, every day, in every way

Is working together for my good!

As I abide in Your plan and purpose

And walk the path ordained for me

You make all things, all of them

No matter how each is packaged

To work together for my good

Because all Your works are good.

 Do you believe that God is making everything

to work together for your good?

Only One God

Hast thou not known? hast thou not heard,

that the everlasting God, the LORD,

the Creator of the ends of the earth,

fainteth not, neither is weary?

there is no searching of his understanding.

You, Jehovah are my God

You alone are God

You are God alone

You are God all by Yourself

Beside You there is no other God

Your word, Lord is immutable

What You say becomes

Hence You cannot lie

You are simply indefatigable

Because Power entirely belongs to You

You alone begin all things

What you allow happens

Nothing happens without You

You know the end from the beginning

 Because You determine the things that happen

You are in full control

Appointing Times and Seasons

Enthroning and dethroning kings

Life and Death obey You alone

So all may know that You alone are God

You, Jehovah are my God

You spoke me into existence

Ordaining my beginning and end

Therefore, I am blessed and eternal

Because everything You do is forever.

Refined As Silver

Thou hast caused men to ride over our heads;

We went through fire and through water:

But thou broughtest us out into a wealthy place.

(Psalms 66: 12 KJV)

You, Oh Lord, have proved me

You have refined me as silver is refined

You placed me in a net, my prison

To protect me and not to confine me

You laid a heavy burden on my back

Making me prostrate for many years

You allowed men to ride over my head

As You performed what was appointed to test me

You took me through stormy waters

And many fiery trials (but in You I stood)

You piloted me through it all

To bring me to my place of abundance

So I enter into Your gates with praise

And into Your court with thanksgiving

To present You with my grateful sacrifice

As I proclaim, My God, You are able!

Are you going through refining fire?

Trust that God has a plan.

A Fiery Trial

If a man die, shall he live again? 

All the days of my appointed time will I wait,

Till my change come.

(Job 14: 14 KJV)

I am here for a Purpose

I am here based on a Plan

I am here for a predetermined End

I am here to play out a Script

It is written!

This Purpose requires my purging

This Plan requires my pruning

This End is predicated on my endurance

This Script has struggles but ends well

It is written!

The purging and pruning are integral

To the Plan, Purpose and End

So I wait patiently through it all

Silently seeking God till my change comes

It is written!

Are you going through fiery trials?

Your transformation will come

as you wait on God.

Call Upon Jehovah

He shall call upon me, and I will answer him:

I will be with him in trouble;

I will deliver him, and honour him.

(Psalms 91: 15 KJV)

I will call upon Jehovah

I will call upon Him

He promises to answer me

He will answer me

I will look unto Jehovah

I will look unto Him

He promises to be with me

He will be with me

Through every scene of life

Through every raging storm

Through every fiery furnace

Through every slippery battle

In Him is my hope anchored

In Him is my trust sealed

In Him I live and breathe

In Him I have my being

I will call upon Jehovah

I will call upon Him

He promises to deliver and honour me

He will deliver and honour me.

God’s promises and faithfulness.

Invincible

No weapon that is formed against you will succeed;

And every tongue that rises against you

in judgment you will condemn.

This [peace, righteousness, security,

and triumph over opposition]

is the heritage of the servants of the Lord,

And this is their vindication from Me,"

says the Lord.

They shall surely gather

They shall surely conspire

They shall surely devise evil plans

They shall surely arise in battle

Against us!

They shall surely be scattered

Their counsel shall not stand

Their plans will surely backfire

They shall surely flee

Before us!

Because no weapon shall prosper

No conspiracy shall succeed

No scheme shall prevail

No judgement shall stand

Against us!

The Lord of Hosts

The Mighty Man of War

The Lord God of Jacob

The Great I AM

Is with us!

Focus on God who is on your side

instead of who is against you.

Heathen's Rage

Behold, all they that were incensed

against thee shall be ashamed and

confounded: they shall be as nothing;

and they that strive with thee shall perish.

(Isaiah 41: 11 KJV)

They rage and rant

They invoke and enchant

Driven by vain imaginations

Due to nothing but irrational hatred

In the end they are ensnared

By their own words hastily spoken

Because curse causeless shall not come

And nothing devised against me shall prosper

In shame they bow their heads

And proclaim me Blessed!

As the Lord turned again my captivity

After my appointed time had come.

Reflection

Are you persecuted and oppressed?

With God it will end in praise.

I Shall Be Still

The Lord will fight for you while you

[only need to] keep silent and remain calm.

(Exodus 14: 14 AMP)

As the storms rage around me

And battles set in array against me

I shall be still

As the heathens rant against me

And evil conspirators plot against me

I shall be still

As the enemy brags in my face

And mockers mock in my face

I shall be still

The battle is not mine

The battle is the Lord’s

I shall be still.

Reflection

Be still.

The Lord will fight for you.
