Mary L. Barnes was born in Blenheim, SC. Graduated from high school in 1964. Moved to Brooklyn, New York in 1965. She took secretarial courses, while working at New York Telephone Company a long-distance operator. A few years later, she trained and retrained operators. She retired from Nynex (Telephone Company) in September 1995, and relocated to Blenheim, SC in 1997.

Introduction

Of whom we have many things to say, and hard to be uttered, seeing ye are dull of hearing. Disobedience brought the demise of the nation of Israel. Most of the population was killed or taken captive. Those who remained in the land were poor and living in desolate conditions.

The Lord has commanded us in Exodus 35, Not just hear them or know them, but do them. James says, Be ye doers of the word and not hearers only. No wonder Jesus himself repeats this principle in John 13:17 when he says, "If you know these things, you are blessed if you
