- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5This book was a nice overview of how Six Sigma tools are being used in the financial services industry. There were a number of areas where I wanted more depth, but I enjoyed the book especially with respect to the organizations culture and how to structure these endeavors within your organization.
