About this ebook

*** This story ends with the main character face down in a puddle of tradie spunk ***

Daniel never thought he'd be able to afford a place of his own. Then everything changed...

After the initial buzz of collecting his keys and moving in, Daniel discovers the reality of owning a money pit. Every home, it seems, requires maintenance. But thankfully, a mate is on hand to recommend a plumber to tackle Daniel's dodgy pipework. And, in an unexpected twist of events, it's not the boiler that ends up getting serviced.

    ROUGH TRADE: THE PLUMBER

I won’t bore you with all the details. But let me set the scene.

I never thought I’d be able to buy my own apartment.
