    When it comes to bad breath (halitosis), there are many reasons to conceal it, but if you're tired of quick fixes and want to get rid of halitosis once and for all, follow these instructions... Would it be more accurate to say mouth odour?

    Regularly brush your teeth. Bacteria and decaying food particles are the two main causes of mouth odour. Your mouth is full of nooks and crannies where these offending rot bits can linger.

    Put a pea-sized amount of toothpaste on a soft bristled toothbrush and hold it at a 45-degree angle to the gums. Brush your teeth gently on every surface, being careful not to irritate the gums or press too hard. Brushing should take about three minutes if done properly.

    You should brush your teeth twice a day, rinse with mouthwash, and floss at least once a day.

    Don't just brush your teeth; brush your gums and tongue as well.

    Make sure your tongue is clean. Brushing your teeth is not enough. As your tongue has a large surface area and is covered with bumps and grooves, it harbors more bacteria than the rest of your mouth combined. By removing the bacteria on your tongue, you can significantly reduce your bad breath. Rinse the brush
