We have be aware of ourselves and our intentions, our thoughts and actions, to undrsterstand how they effect us and others. If our actions are producing the desired results to reach ones goals and ambitions. Confession of sins leads to revelation of one’s true self as you are, your beliefs, goals and ambitions. Acceptance actualization and realization of who you are, why your the way you are and for what purpose. Once you have a sense of purpose to cevelop the desire and passion to achieve it by being disciplinedd to develop skills, talents and ability necessary to achieve it. To create the environment to achieve it as you concieved it to be and believe it will be, as your putting the effort into it, envision it as you want it to be and create the environment for it to be your reality. Thing tend to become as you see them to be, as you see yourself to be you shall become, do not let your beliefs and perceptions of how you think others expect you to be and do as they expect you too determine who you are and what you do be aware of your thoughts and how they effect your emotions as well as how your emotions effect your actions. Thru continuos daily confession and evaluation and re-evaluation of ones own being and behaviors to develop discernment of one’s own behaviors, to be able to make decision quickly knowing what steps to take to get to where you want to go. To be rewarded with the fruits of ones own behaviors, as we are to reap as we have sown. What seeds are you planting within your mind and nourishing thru your focusing on and putting your energy and effort into. To use your god given gifts to reach your potential and not limit yourself by your beliefs formed around your past experiences, to justify your actions.

As We are tested daily, we often do what comes easiest for us to do rather what we know is right and what we should do, its as if We talk ourselves into doing what is right and out of doing what we know is not going to lead us to where we want to be or accomplish the things we wish to accomplish to achieve what we want as we often feel unworthy of achieving what we truly want and sabotage ourselves, when things are going well then give up and not follow thru on what we say we are going to do or intend to do.

Your state of mind is the attitude you choose to have on a regular basis its how you see yourself to be and capable of knowing who you are as you are and how you wish to be. Conceptualization of ones mission and purpose and the process of living one’s life in pursuit of its fulfillment to live and develop a disciplined, principle centered way of life.

The maturity continuum. The process of reaching maturity, Development of one’s self.

As we grow and develop, we experience things and develop beliefs around them and come to expect others to react a certain way in certain situations, as a new born child you learn that when we cry we get others to fill what our needs are at the time. As we get older and develop mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually.

As we are growing up and going through the different stages of develpment, going from being dependant upon others to take care of us, to being able to do things for ourselve’s yet still dependant on them, development of skills talents and abilities along with rational thinking, then adolesence where we develop aot of our habits out of emotional needs do to our expectations no longer being met by others and we take on certian behaviors that later become habits and a way of coping with everyday life events as they happen. Many choose the use of drugs and alcohol around this age and find it a temporary escape from how they are feeling about themselves and the situation they put themselves in, alot of it has to do with parenting at this point as there are consequences for our choices, as Parents we feel as if we must protect our children at all cost, Rather then see them have to suffer the consequences of their own actions, as parents we do what we have to in order to cover for them. By doing This we are infact enabling the behaviors to continue and the more often we do the more likely it is to become habitual. As behaviors become habitual, we become comfortable doing certain things a certain way etc as it becomes our normal daily way of being and how others come to expect us to be and what they come to expect from us

As we start to use substances to cope with or escape from our feelings, our emotions and by not allowing ourselves to go thru the process of experiencing and expressing our feelings in the moment. We surpress them and so we do not learn from them and then seek to avoid being held responsible for the consequences of them. Its stunts our emotional grow and prolongs the maturing process as we have to repeat many of life’s lessons before learning from them. Its when we can hold ourselves accountable do we become responsible for ourselves and our lives as they are, as we are where we are in life do to the choices we ourselves have made.

As we allowed certain behavios to become habits, we formed beliefs around them to justify ourselves in doing as we have done or are still doing. As adults we tend to revert back to the Maturity level we were at when we first started having these feelings whatever feelings we chose to escape from and revert back being as we were at that age when these emotions are triggered within us, as we hear a lot of people saying others are just acting childish or seeking attention for validation.

We have to put the effort into what we want as we will value it, Put the effort into developing yourself your character your way of being and doing what you do being as you are. Invest in yourself it will be the best investment you can make in your own life.

As they say suffering leads to endurance if we want to have something we have to be willing to sacrifice something else in order to obtain or achieve it.

To examine ourselves and our lives to evaluate and re-evaluate most everything everyday as we have a choice everyday in what we do and how we go about getting what we want to do done. What we do and why we do as we do what the motivation behind it and is it helping or hindering us in fulfilling our misson or purpose in life. What do we have to do differently in order to get the results we are looking to achieve. For every action there is a reacion, cuase and effecct, choices and consequences, responses and results.

When you llive by faith and not fear there is a sense of security in the everyday uncertainty, as we never no what will happen from one day to the next as everything is subjecct to change and is in a state of it, we have to keep the big picture in mind while focusing on the daily task everyday. To go with the flow of what flows to and thru you, to be a channel of thy wil,

To do as you were meant to do, having integrity and authenticity being as you true to yourself as well as everyone else to be truly free having nothing to fear, nothing to hide from anyone for any reason, no false pretenses, no ulterior motives.

To seek knowledge of and to do thy will everyday to fulfill our purpose and carry out our mission in life, while reaching our potential in it living a fulfikking way of life.

To be aware of yourself who you really are and understand why you are the way you, to live in the present moment to be open to experience it to be aware of one’s own feelings and emotions as well as the environment one;s in at the present time. To be in observation of most everything, to experience it being open to the opportunities that are there. To follow one’s own intuition as it is of the Holy Spirit within you.

    CHAPTER 1

Getting to know yourself, Find a quiet place to just set an be alone with your thoughts and think about who you really are not so much what has happened to you, to have shaped your life and your perception of who you are as your not as others have labelled you to be or what you have done or a victim of what others have or may have done to you. Who are you?

What do you value? What gives meaning to your life? What do you enjoy doing most?

What are your strengths and weaknesses? What are you good at, what do you want t become better at? Are you seen as being as you want other to see you as being? What do you have to do to be and become as you wish to be seen as being? What are your morals values and standards are you just another character playing your part doing as others expect you too or as you think they expect you to do? What is the one thing that motivates you, the dream that you most desire to achieve in life, your purpose in life. Yes there are so many things we cn and may want to do in lfe, however we have to focus on one thing at a time and put our time effort and resources into achieving it, before we can move on to the next dream ambition or desire, we have to keep the big picture in mind how we want to be and be able to live our lives and fulfill our purpose in life to live a fulfilling way of life taking the next step everyday towards achieving what we want in life. Growing up and dealing with the everyday events and how we respond to those events and the choices we make determine the direction of our lives. We are where we are at in life do to the choices we ourselves have made and cannot blame anyone else for where we are at in life, wether we are where we want to be or if we are not as we want to be or able to do what we really want to do in life. As we are held responsible for ourselves and have to support ourselves and our families, we often do what we have to do just to be able to provide for ourselves and our families and often just get comfortable following the same ol daily routines through out our lives and never get the chance to actually pursue our dreams as we are too caught up in doing what we have to inorder to fulfill our responsibilities and not our purpose, dreams and ambitions in life. Very few people get the chance to or even attempt to fulfill their own dreams and ambitions.
