A Note from the Author
I dedicate this book to everyone who has ever wondered if the Bible is still relevant to their lives as it was written long ago. I assure you that after taking some time over the years, I can say without a shadow of a doubt, that it is indeed relevant and rich with wisdom and knowledge. I had so many questions and I am happy to report that I found many answers in the Word.
The Foreword
There is a popular song from many years ago which says in its opening lines When I find myself in times of trouble, Mother Mary comes to me, speaking words of wisdom, let it be.
P. McCartney
I am reminded of these words as I delve into the words of wisdom my dear friend Marcia shares with us in this beautiful inspiring collection of poems In Your Hands
Herein you will find, a baring of the soul which speaks to a genuine love and concern for humanity and exposes our fragility, while honoring the many strengths Divinity imparts.
The innocence and purity portrayed in Mother’s Milk
resonates throughout this beautiful collection.
Marcia inspires, motivates, encourages, empathizes and challenges the reader to contemplate the many nuances that weave the tapestry of life, into an all-encompassing mosaic we can admire and relate to.
In Yours Hands offers an intimate glimpse into the heart and soul of the author’s journey into the depths of personal experiences, that we can all relate to; it takes us gently by the hands at times and jolts us into introspective ponderings when we least expect it in a manner that is refreshing; Weep Not
exemplifies this.
We are living in difficult times when the need for a more intimate spiritual experience is something many thirst and hunger for, "In Your Hands" gently cradles and lovingly places us back on our feet, renewed and inspired to be more, feel more, share more and open the door for our authentic selves to come into full glory and acceptance.
I encourage you to take your time and savor every delectable morsel, let it
