    STEP ONE

    Admitted we were powerless over the effects of the world’s events at this time and that our lives had become difficult or unmanageable due to these events.

    STEP TWO

    Came to believe that a Power greater than ourselves could help restore us to sanity.

    STEP THREE

    Decided to turn our lives to the care of Spirit as we understand Spirit and the help that is available to us when it is offered.

    Made a searching and fearless inventory of ourselves.

    Became willing to allow Source to walk you through the release of issues that challenge you.

    Made a list of all persons who we had harmed and became willing to make amends to them all.

    Made direct amends to such people wherever possible, except when to do so would injure them or others.

    STEP TEN

    Open yourself to Source/Higher Power for the New.

    STEP ELEVEN

    Continue to take a personal inventory of yourself, and when you are wrong, promptly admit it.
