About this ebook
I started this work to begin the process of healing. It has helped me deal with the traumatic events of my life as much or more than seeing a therapist. I hope that in some small way the reader might be inclined to touch a part of themselves through this work and be better for it. Some of the poems are from visions during bi-polar episodes and pure fantasy; I hope they will not offend.

I would like to say thank you to my family for helping me up when I have fallen. Their warmth has helped me to stand and remember how to be a human being again. Thank you to all the people that touched my life and helped form who I am today.
