Author

Tobiah

Tobiah is a sibling of eight others. He grew up in a christian home, hearing about Jesus but never experiencing God’s love for himself. A broken childhood led him to discover who Jesus was for himself when he became a young man. He discovered that every human has the seed of the father’s glory on the inside of them. And the manifestation of that seed is the glory of God.

    INTRODUCTION

W hile sitting in my room, I heard two pops that sounded like gunshots. I ran downstairs, only to see my father walking up the stairs, tucking what looked like a gun in his waist. Frightened by what I’d heard, I asked my father what the loud noise was. With a blank look on his face he responded, Nothing, and walked upstairs from the basement. I walked downstairs to the basement where there was a stench of the gunpowder still in the air. I found a wooden board nailed to the wall for target practice. It all made complete sense now.

I believe, before the foundation of the earth was made, the Lord God gave humanity a testimony, a revealing to live out. Life is a journey. In that journey, one must find the true meaning of living.

I can remember the nights of worry as a young boy, not knowing what would happen next. I can remember waking up night in and night out on the train station L-ways. My family lived in hotels for years. Also, living in our Astro van is a memory I will never forget. At age five, the year 1995 brought a heat wave. We carried garbage bags of clothes throughout the city, hoping and praying that the next stop would be the stop for
