AUTHOR’S MESSAGE

Hello again, dear readers. I am once more sharing a wonderful adventure that my Jimmy and I enjoyed to New Mexico.

This trip was a birthday gift from my son, Dave and his lovely wife, Katie, and what an amazing time we had!

The sights, friendly people and the food we enjoyed will remain in our minds and hearts and perhaps we will head back, someday, to this memorable place in our country.

This is the ninth book, titled, Hare ‘N There…Adventures of Rosie Rabbit. I have named the series of storybooks as such, because they are narrated by a bunny, who does appear in most of the books. Originally, I meant for these books to be categorized as children’s books, however, I was advised to refer to them as books for readers of all ages. The reason for this decision is because every book is filled with wonderful information along with a thorough story about places that I personally traveled…here in the United States, and out of the country. The interesting pictures were taken by me, with a few exceptions of purchased images to enhance its completion. Many of the books display my paintings, and each cover page is a painting of mine.

I have also written a biography, along with my sister titled, Silver and Gold, the true story of two survivors. It was very difficult to write our memoirs, but we did it. Also, a tell-all book about my experiences while employed as a cashier in a casino. The title is… So You Want to Work in a Casino…Really? Very interesting, and accurate story, except the names and locations, for obvious reasons.

I do hope you will enjoy this special storybook, and share it with your children. There are wonderful places to visit in our country, all different, all unique in their historical background, waiting with pride and smiles, contributing so much to a large part of our greatness.

INTRODUCTION

Dear readers…here we go again. Diane, Jimmy and I had a wonderful trip to the beautiful state of New Mexico.

Diane’s son, Dave, and his lovely wife, Katie,
