Remembering Beautiful You: 111 Days of Sacred Healing
()
About this ebook
This book is a tool to help facilitate the healing and restoration process that ultimately God brings forth. A sacred healing means God is guiding the process. We are living in amazing times as God is dismantling all destructive programming imposed on the minds of humanity. Living under the influence of these programs has caused so much chaos and trauma. There is historical, generational and personal trauma that is impacting the way we live life. As more people wake up spiritually, the need for healing is crucial. These deep seeded programs that keep us in bondage must be recognized so that our God given true nature can emerge. We are beings of God’s love and light. Anything not aligned with Gods love is against the intended design of humanity and therefore will cause discord. Just like a fish must live in water according to its nature, we to need to live according to the nature God designed for us.

About the Author
I dedicate this book to all who undertake the healing and inner work necessary for restoration. I am with you in spirit and honor you for the blessing you are!
In loving memory of my mother, Nina Arnelle Swanson, who helped to pioneer Restorative Justice in Minnesota. The programs she wrote and took to the prisons, added a spirituality aspect that was so greatly needed for true restoration. I honor her legacy and hope to carry on her mantle by allowing God to work through me to help people heal and restore into who they were born to be.
Acknowledgments
I want to give a special thank-you to Marjorie Cole, who ensured the completion of this book with her support and by facilitating my deliverance from the lies that paralyzed me. She helped me to uncover generational trauma that went back to the time of my ancestors. I cannot express enough my gratitude and respect for this beautiful woman of God. Her work in deliverance ministry has helped thousands realize the truth of who they are and helped set them free.

Introduction
We are living in amazing times as God is dismantling all destructive programming imposed on the minds of humanity. Living under the influence of these programs has caused so much chaos and trauma. There is historical, generational, and personal trauma that is impacting the way we live life. As more people wake up spiritually, the need for healing is crucial. These deep-seeded programs that keep us in bondage must be recognized so that our God-given, true nature can emerge. We are beings of God’s love and light. Anything not aligned with God’s love is against the intended design of humanity and therefore will cause discord. Just like a fish must live in water according to its nature, we to need to live according to the nature God designed for us.
Sacred healing means God is guiding the process and orchestrating exactly what we need to process through past hurts, traumas, and grief that may cause destructive emotions to get trapped in our bodies. Because emotion is energy in motion and is meant to be processed and released, when it does not get processed in a healthy way it causes discord and dis-ease. Trapped emotion is unprocessed trauma that does not get released in some way, and it causes problems in the body and the mind. It can form into matter in the cells and impede the body’s natural processes. Every physical ailment begins in spirit (the unseen) and then manifests in the physical. The ones we inherited begin in this way with family members who came before us, and it is passed through DNA tags. Epigenetic inheritance studies* have made findings that go against the idea that inheritance happens only through the DNA code that passes from parent to offspring. It means that a parent’s experiences, in the form of epigenetic tags, can be passed down to future generations. These can be generational blessings or curses. In psychology, they are called angels in the nursery
or ghosts in the nursery.
There are most likely many layers of old, unresolved family trauma in the form of an epigenetic tags, hidden within us and causing pain and dysfunction. I believe that if one family member’s experiences can impact our DNA in this way, then another family member can experience a healing or resolve the trauma that caused the shift in DNA, and that could be imparted in the same way to heal the entire family line. With each healing, the epigenetic tag falls away for many. This is an aspect of the gospel message. Jesus overcame these things to make it possible for us to overcome generational traumas as well. When Jesus incarnated on Earth, there were no humans that did not have corrupted DNA due to trauma. He was sent into the Earth with the perfect divine DNA intact. We are all spiritually or energetically connected through electromagnetic fields, so when one person has an experience it literally affects everyone through those invisible fields. Jesus purpose was to make it possible for humanity to heal the DNA corruption we all inherited. He was literally the only one who could do this since he had his perfect DNA intact. Incarnating as a human and keeping his divine DNA intact by living in accordance with love as we were designed to live, he made it possible for everyone to heal their DNA. Through his act of overcoming, we now can overcome this dilemma and restore our DNA to the original divine blueprint. Jesus imparted this gift to us spiritually. All things can be healed through Christ, which is the absolute spiritual truth of all things. We were meant to live in loving harmony with God and all of God’s creations through the living, active force of God’s love.
