    Forgiveness is an intentional decision to release negative feelings of anger,

    resentment, or vengeance toward a person or group who has inflicted harm,

    regardless of whether or not they deserve to be forgiven. It is a change

    that happens within the heart and mind of the person that was wronged.

    Forgiveness means I will not relate to you based on what you did.
