About this ebook

This manuscript is dedicated to my mother, the late minister Rose Marie Johnson.

This book does not bear any reflection on any given person or place. The contents are my own personal perspectives with regard to the Bible—expressions, accounts, expectations, inspirations, and anticipated positive outcomes. The poems are short and long stories. They are simple and relatable. In addition, they’re based solely on my personal experiences, beliefs, events, and hypotheticals.

So when you read this manuscript, remember that these poems and stories reflect years of events related to hardships, heartbreaks, and triumphs. However, with the help of God, prayers, doctors, caring people, and grace, I was able to recover and fight my way back. The road ahead is still long, but my Lord and Savior will be with me every step of the way.

    Introduction

I’m not a gifted writer like most, but I still enjoy talking about my creator and about my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I can’t say enough or thank him enough for all he has done for me. I praise him in the morning, in the afternoon, and at night. I have Jesus on speed dial in my prayer closet. If that’s any indication of how much I love and need him, you guessed right.

I’m also grateful to God for sacrificing his only begotten son to save the world from sin. Finally, I’m more than thankful for all Jesus has done for me, proving that he loves me unconditionally, and I love him wholeheartedly.

    Supernatural Supreme Being

    He who walks amongst

    the unseen is a unique

    spirit. He is a supernatural

    supreme being, and his

    name is

God. He is who he is

    unequivocally, the divine

    master of the universe.

    God is divinely majestic,

    almighty, seraphic, holy,

    all-seeing, and all-knowing, also

    powerful and eternal. He

    has no beginning and no

    end, just an everlasting God.

    He’s the cosmological engineer

    of the gravitationally bound

    planets in the solar system

    and the landscaper

    of the universe.

    God is the inferno that

blazes the sun with each sunrise

and the energizer that lights up

the moon and stars at night.

    He shows divine love and

    favoritism toward heaven,

    his faithful, the earth, and

    mankind.

    God is the designer

    and architect of all things.

    He’s righteous, a healer,

a way maker, a father to

the fatherless, a mother to the

    motherless, a friend to the

lonely, and a great comforter for those who just need him near. God combats the evil and darkness that want to consume and harm what he loves to break his spirit.

    God is holy and upright,

    capable of love and sharing

his love. He wants us to repent for our sins so we can be saved because he loves us and wants to be with us through all of eternity in the new heaven and wants to be just remembered, for God so loved the world, he created and

    mankind in spite of the

    devil’s manipulation and mankind’s weaknesses.

God saved man by sacrificing his only begotten son because the devil is always gonna lose.

God wants us to know his

purpose for our lives. We all

    have been given a purpose

    for being here according to

his plan. God’s primary calling for all of us is to know him and be known by him.

O Lord, you have searched me, and you know me. I will present my body as a living sacrifice to carry out your will with the gift you have given to me until

    you return.

    Loving You, Lord, Is Easy

    Each and every day,

    I pray that

the Lord, in all his magnificence,

never turns me away. You see, my life has been a trilogy of so many worldly ideologies, such as lust, money, and sinful ways.

My master had another plan. It started with him holding my hand. God sent me a kind and loving gentleman. That’s why
