Evangelist, Rev. Ibet Toltowicz, is an ordained minister who has been in ministry for several decades. She has traveled around the world to preach the gospel, reach the lost and help those in need. Ibet has a Bachelor's Degree in Ministry and a Master's Degree in Ministry of Christian Counseling. She has also attained four Clinical Pastoral Education units with the ACPE in Orlando, Florida, in which three of those attained units were through a chaplain residency with the Advent Health system. Ibet has a great call on her life and uses her God given gifts to minister to those in need. Ever since she was a little girl, she recalls God speaking to her through dreams. Since then, her giftings have expanded greatly. Today, she operates in the gifts of miracles, healings, signs and wonders. She is also gifted in the area of deliverance. Her preachings and teachings are straight from the Word of God and can be viewed all around the world. Throughout her life, she has been known to work with children, youth, adults and the elderly. She loves all people and finds great satisfaction in her ministry. She is happiest when she is using her gifts to glorify her Heavenly Father. She is the mother of two adult children and currently one precious grandchild. After raising her children, she pursued her passion for learning earning her degrees later in life. Her example has taught those around her that it is never too late to follow your God given dreams. This book "Deliverance and Healing For All" was birthed through the inspiration of the Holy Spirit during her studies in graduate school while working on her thesis. First and foremost, I would like to thank and acknowledge my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Without Him in my life, I would not be here today. He continues to bless me and carry me through life’s amazing journey. Without Him, this book would never have been.

Secondly, I would like to acknowledge my precious son, Matthew. He has been my biggest supporter in life. He believed in me when I didn’t believe in myself. He believed in me, when others didn’t. He always saw the greatness that God had for me, inside of me.

Introduction

This book was birthed in my heart during the dedicated pursuit and course of my study of the Word of God, which began back during my first year of Seminary College. Once deciding to dedicate the next few years of my life to the study of the Word of God, I immediately found myself under constant attack from the enemy. I was suddenly fighting battles that I had never fought before and battling against forces, that in the natural were stronger than me and unlike anything I had ever come up against before. What was I going to do? I didn’t have the ability to fight this enemy on my own. I needed help and I needed it yesterday. I cried out to God for wisdom, understanding and victory. Praise be to God because He answered my prayer.

I was raised in a Christian home and had some knowledge of the Word of God, but I was definitely lacking in Spiritual growth and maturity. I was also lacking the knowledge of the authority that I have as a child of the most high God. Although I wasn’t a baby Christian and had gone through many trials before in my life, these attacks were definitely at a level that I had never truly encountered before.

There were many times when the enemy would try to tell me that I wasn’t going to make it, that it just wasn’t possible. He tried to tell me that I would never be able to achieve the goals set before me and that I was fighting a battle that could not be won. The harder the enemy came against me, the more determined I became. I had purposed in my heart and mind that I would continue with my studies. I knew that this was God’s plan for me and nothing and no one was going to stand in my way. I recognized that God had a work for me to do and these studies were of vital importance. Thankfully, I knew that as long as I had God on my side, I would most definitely have the victory. It was through God’s direction and my continued persistence that I was able to discover that God had not left me defenseless or powerless against the enemy we know as Satan.

I would like to point out at this time that whenever I state within this book that a Christian is in need of deliverance, I am in no way saying that they are possessed by a demon or demons. Christian’s can be demonized or oppressed by the enemy but not possessed because Jesus is the
