indescribable great things,

so walk a walk of faith,

and hold on to your dreams

one that has only your name,

so don’t give up on what’s important,

there’s so much to be gained

one of the perfect type,

so remember how God loves you,

and don’t give up on life

On the horizon lye’s a brand new day-

one of comfort, joy and peace,

so put that white flag down

when you start feeling weak

On the horizon lye’s the answer

to what’s bothering your soul-

for what in life takes hurtful tolls

Each day is an opportunity

to start all over new-

A chance for us to be redeemed

and for us to redo

Each day offers tons of hope

and promise to us all,

A chance to pick ourselves back up

from yesterday’s pitfalls-

Each day is a gift from God

Carry on He seems to say,

because God knows we’re capable

Importance of Loving Yourself

As people we love many things

our pets, our family, diamond rings-

So many things from plants to cars,

the ocean waves, the sun the stars-

Hobbies, friends, a certain song,

but love for self should be most strong

Yes! love is what we all should do,

just don’t omit a love for you-

Make efforts while your time is spent

to rid your life of detriment-

And to yourself always be kind,

we all should treat ourself sometimes

And yes! it’s worth it to create

your happiness for your own sake-

And then it should be like a breeze,

to love others when you’re pleased

More than anything or anyone else,

as people we should love ourself;

and others will find it easier too-

to show you love, when You love You

New Memory Day

In life some dwell and waddle,

too long in the dreary past-

in things that our human emotions

just can’t seem to surpass

We allow these things to haunt us

like a horrifying dream-

Immobilized by yesterday’s

negative and uncomfortable things

Every day is a new beginning

full of miracles like waking up;

a chance to create new memories,

and to crawl out of yesterday’s rut

Today can be new memory day,

clean out that old memory bank-

Erase and replace what’s weighing you down,

with reminising of joy and thanks

Whatever happened is the pass,

as in time that has gone away-

Redecorate your outlook,

and call it New Memory Day

Never give up

It’s important to never give up in life,

and to always embrace your dreams-

Always believe that with God there’s a way;

no matter how hard things seem

You can persevere, stay strong,

have faith that you can win-

You have more than what it takes,

hang in there don’t give in
