Im just an average person that loves to read and write. I only need an engaging plot and either action or a believable romance. I love reading about someone that never seen battle slowly becomes a god among men.

    PROLOGUE

Aquine…please be careful warned Aquine’s wife teary eyed, Aquine nodded picking up his son, Tsunamen…after this is over daddy is going to become king, alright? And remember…I love you. Hugging his wife and son Aquine entered the arena. Seeing that the vast stadium was filled with spectators from every country, kingdom, and continent a man in black armor accented with the bones and skulls of various humans and animals stood at the other end of the arena. His weapon of choice was a black six-foot-long scythe.

Aquine looked at his five-foot-long blue tinted trident muttering, this is gonna to be some’um. An announcer walked to the center of the arena raising his hand, after the roar of cheers subsided the announcer pointed to Aquine’ opponent, final match of the Elementium tournament! King Necrolan Vague of Darthstilla versus! then he pointed to Aquine, the Tsunian commoner Aquine Nami…Begin! Looking at his wife Aquine gave her a reassuring smile.

Suddenly Necrolan yelled, get the fire ready boys! We’re having Tsunian for dinner! at the top of his lungs. Everyone except for the Darthstillains gasped in horror and disgust. Aquine quickly threw his trident at Necrolan, but he sidestepped the projectile causing it to miss by mere inches. Necrolan casually walked towards Aquine, who in return ran towards with two daggers in hand. Necrolan effortlessly swung the scythe in circles as he approached. In the blink of an eye a searing pain shot through Aquine’s side. He looked down and saw Necrolan’s scythe penetrated his sea green tinted chainmail and blue surcoat. He smiled ruefully coughing up blood. Kicking the scythe away caused the wound to open wider. Necrolan seeing the end is near strike Aquine’s side with the shaft of the scythe.

Falling on one knee Aquine removed the chainmail hood, we both know the outcome of this battle…so make it quick. In one fluid motion Aquine’s head fell to the ground. Necrolan stripped Aquine of his armor proceeding to throw the corpse onto the fire. The new king of Elementium is…, the announcer paused to stop himself from vomiting at the horrific sight and odor, King Necrolan Vague! In the past twelve years Necrolan had two consecutive victories of the Elementium tournament. But on Tsunamen’s fifthteenth birthday a merciful Alluvium woman became queen of the continent. Tsunamen is now the fifthteen year old prince and ambassador to the country of Tsunine and the Aquos Kingdom.

    CHAPTER 1

A t his banquet the night after the tournament finals, Tsunamen’s mother- Queen Ariel- gave him a white box with big blue bow on top. Happy birthday son! Tsunamen opened it to see a blue surcoat adorned with a white shark and trident the Kingdom’s emblem neatly folded, it’s your… uncle Aquine’s, she continued, he died in battle against Necrolan Vague some twelve years ago. King Noah raised an eyebrow at the name ‘Aquine’. King Noah was an overall average man, blue eyes and golden curly hair. The only thing that set him apart from common Tsunians was his extremely persuasive, calm, gentle, and strong-willed personality.

And this is my present to you Queen Topaz said throwing Tsunamen a coiled chain. He pulled the chain quickly hearing the clatter of shackles as a girl walked out from behind Queen Topaz. The girl looked to be sixteen years old tall, slight muscular build, long black kinky hair that looked soft to the touch, deep chocolate brown eyes, beautiful full lips, and like all Alluvians she had flawless smooth ebony skin. To Tsunamen’s surprise she took light graceful steps towards Tsunamen with each light tug of the chain. Queen Topaz raised her hand silencing any form of protest, this girl was caught stealing from the royal archives. And it is custom in Alluvia to turn criminals into slaves as they serve their sentences. The slave girl sneered at Tsunamen but despite that the prince was thoroughly captivated by her unparalleled beauty. Noah unlocked her shackles and gave his son a wink and a nudge, Queen Topaz slapped the girl, introduce yourself child! the girl cursed the queen in their native tongue. "I am…Victoria Sidian…you pale faced bastards." Tsunamen scratched his head wondering what the last part meant since it wasn’t in the common tongue. He raised his hands grabbing everyone’s attention, I, Tsunamen Aquos hereby give the beautiful Victoria Sidian her freedom! he paused to make sure no one was going to protest, can someone take her to my room clean her up and bring her a change of clothes?

Noah nudged his son smiling, I knew you would like her, he said. Tsunamen smiled looking down at his plate. After the banquet, he went to check on his gorgeous guest. Come in Aquos! he entered the room seeing Victoria siting in a chair staring out a nearby window. You don’t have to be so formal I’m an entire year younger than you! he finishes with a nervous laugh a strong blush swiftly engulfing his face. Not tearing her attention away from the majestic sunset on the ocean’s horizon, I’m staying as long as I want…unless you’re going to give me enough funds to start over somewhere else. Tsunamen didn’t think she would want to leave at least not so soon, he was hoping that he could get to know her better, NO!… I mean… you can stay as long as you want… he trailed off. She looked back at him a small smirk on her face, thank you. Tsunamen walked over to her not realizing what he was doing until it was too late, now extremely nervous a sudden knock on the door helped calm his nerves knowing he won’t have a chance to make a fool of himself. Am I interrupting something? his mother called, I wished you were, Tsunamen thought to himself, no ma’am the prince just said I can stay as long as I need to! Victoria called back. Queen Ariel entered the room nodding to herself, then I’ll get you a room with a wonderful view of the ocean! she announced practically dragging Victoria away.

    CHAPTER 2

T heir first breakfast together was filled with awkward silence as the young prince tried and fail to not stare at the Alluvium woman’s lips and eyes. After breakfast Tsunamen decided to partake in Tsunine’s many national pastimes, fishing, diving, swimming, and spearfishing. After a few hours, Victoria grew curious and decided to watch, how can you see underwater? she asked just as Tsunamen surfaced startling him. After regaining his composer, he answered in the smoothest voice he could manage with, it’s an acquired skill that almost all Tsunians have. What he said was true, but most Tsunians were either fishermen, sailors, or pirates. why do Tsunians need these skills? she asked, well… Tsunine is mostly rivers, streams, lakes, and ponds. Plus, we’re right next to the ocean. And almost every village and town are next a body of water. he explained.

Tsunamen offered to teach his crush how to swim underwater but was surprise to find out that she didn’t know how to swim. Alluvia is a land that consist of dense jungles, mountains, deserts, and grasslands with few rivers, so most Alluviums don’t bother with learning how to swim, but we are excellent hunters and trackers. Victoria explained. Prince Aquos and Lady Sidian the King would like to speak to you in his quarters! a servant announced quickly returning to his previous duties. Victoria watched Tsunamen dress himself when a wicked thought came to her, putting on the most adorable face she could muster she reached out her hand hoping Tsunamen would help her up. And when he did she pulled him close and whispered, shall we go my prince? into his ear even going so far as to add a sultry tone to her voice. Tsunamen couldn’t think of a coherent response that wouldn’t make him look like a complete fool. Seeing a goofy smile on both teens faces brought a large smile on the king’s face, I need you to go to Pyrisia. It seems Sir Moses and his apprentice has been arrested, once news had reach our civilians they wanted to go to war, but the Elementium Treaty won’t allow us to do such a thing and they know that so that’s why they’re trying to enlist the help of nearby pirates. Therefor I need you and Victoria to quickly diffuse the situation before they can scrounge up enough money to do that. Pyrisia was the country and empire northwest of Tsunine where aside from the Skarl and a few brave or high-ranking men was ruled completely by women, the noblemen and commoner men were a small step above Alluvia’s slaves.

You two will leave in four days. As they prepared for their trip Tsunamen fought hard to keep his feelings towards Victoria a secret until he knew for sure that she felt the same even if it was just a little. On their way to Pyrisia by carriage Tsunamen wore a blue doublet with white intricate designs over a black long sleeve shirt along with black trousers and boots while his female companion wore an elegant blue dress with matching heels. Victoria was staring out of the window when she noticed the prince/ambassador staring at her. Victoria crossed her legs and looked sidelong at Tsunamen, you’re staring at me because… She trailed off. Startled by the unexpected question Tsunamen looked away blushing, it’s just that… you’re sooo… screw it! Tsunamen grabbed Victoria’s hands embracing them, Victoria I think you’re the most beautiful thing I’ve ever saw in my entire life… and I can’t help but be entirely smitten by you! without a second thought the prince pulled Victoria close and gave her passionate kiss. After he realized what he did Tsunamen just jumped out of the carriage not looking back. Victoria on the other hand couldn’t help but feel a slight tingle that quickly made her irritated at the prince’s action, how dare he make me… so… so… just so… glad to be arrested! she had a tough time admitting to herself that she felt a small albeit small attraction to the hopeless prince, driver slow down the prince jumped out!. Tsunamen couldn’t believe he just did that! He wondered what Maya would’ve told him if she was there, it would probably be along the lines of you fool! You can’t just kiss and grab any women that catch you fancy you should get to know them first!

He continued to walk forward completely ashamed of himself for how disrespectful he was towards the woman he claims he’s in love with. Somehow catching up with the carriage Tsunamen was welcomed with a deserved slap to the face, "how about you get to know me some more before we try that again… you handsome arse" Victoria advised. A large grin appeared on both of their faces as they pretended not to notice the other licking their lips. After entering Pyrisia and pretending not act love-struck Tsunamen was welcomed by Skarl Vulcan’s elite guard to escort them to castle Vulcan. Aaaah! Little Tsunamen all grown up! What brings you all the way here? Skarl Vulcan greeted. He looked around thirty-five years old, sunset red hair that reached the nape of his neck, short freshly groomed beard, orange eyes filled with confidences, and scars all over the visible parts of skin. His large muscular build and height of six feet showed his strong Pyrisian heritage along with the bearskin vest, boots, and crimson trousers. We’re here for Sir Moses and his apprentice. Victoria answered. Skarl Vulcan walked them over to a table that sat a man stuffing his face and a girl nagging him about it. Dad! If you keep eating like that you’ll choke! after swallowing another mouthful of food Sir Moses quickly retorted, WE! Haven’t eaten a proper meal in over two weeks! So, quit nagging me! As they approached the table the bickering father and daughter grew louder, "will you two shut the hell up!" Victoria yelled becoming extremely annoyed by to constant bickering. Tsunamen waved at the man grabbing his attention, Sir Moses, Lady Moses are you two alright? Sir Matthew Moses, one of Tsunine’s five champions and most decorated knight. Matthew wore the shark hide armor, a unique piece of armor only awarded to a true champion of the people that showed true valor. The armor possessed a blue hue that brought attention to the scale like pattern the armor possessed. Also, equipped with four-inch fin shaped blades on the knees, elbows, and helmet that possessed a visor shaped like a shark’s maw. The surcoat he wore over it was white accented with blue and a black trident.

Matthew looked around forty and was around five foot ten. Possessing long black hair and beard that were both peppered with streaks of silver. His eyes were an icy blue that gave whomever looked in them a slight sunder, his voice was deep but always held a gentle tone. The girl sitting next to him was Maya Moses, she looked to be eighteen. Having long straight raven hair that went well with the lighter icy blue eyes she had. Those eyes were the kind the kind that could melt the coldest heart with only a single glance and she the same height as her father. Possessing a voice that was sweet and gentle that always had slight aggressive edge to it made her natural heartbreaker. Maya? Tsunamen greeted her with a hug before Victoria stepped in giving her a firm handshake, I’m Victoria Sidian… Tsunamen’s birthday present. Both father and daughter choked on their drinks, Tsunamen what is she talking about? while Maya was interrogating the prince Matthew couldn’t help but laugh at the entire thing, have you done anything to that poor woman? Maya was furious at how the new queen of Elementium would just give a young girl to a total stranger as if she was an object. If it makes you feel any better I’m actually quite smitten by her! Tsunamen gave a sigh of relief once Maya had released him. Quickly shifting his attention to the reason why they’re here in the first place, Sir Moses do you mind telling me what happened here to put you in this situation? the smile on the knight’s face almost instantly disappeared as a small grimace graced his face.

His pale face was quickly painted with a deep blush as he remembers the string of events that caused his current situation, I slapped one of Vulcan’s daughter… but… in my defense she kicked me in my groin then spat on me all because I didn’t… want to… marry her… Victoria couldn’t help but let out a little snicker at the whole thing. Turning to the Skarl Tsunamen pulled him aside, what can I do to make up for the crime he committed? he asked Skarl Vulcan chuckled, he has to marry to the daughter he assaulted! Matthew looked at the princess that was going unnoticed before he profusely denied the proclamation, then you’ll die by the Skarl’s axe, cause a war with the Aquos Kingdom, break the Elementium Treaty and force the other Kingdoms and Empires to destroy both of our kingdoms. After addressing the outcomes of Matthew’s future his shoulders slumped as he accepted the marriage between him and the princess, but you can’t marry him he’s already married! Maya protest causing a face splitting grin to her father’s face. Skarl Vulcan gave her a hardy laugh, I don’t care! You Darthstillains are fine with cannibalism but have a problem with polygamy! It’s either he gets married or decapitated his choice. Maya sighed looking at her father shaking her head, how am I going to explain this to mother? Matthew sighed again leaving with the quiet princess. Then I guess we’ll be on our way… and thank you for not killing them. Tsunamen shook Skarl Vulcans hand before going to the carriage. On the ride home Maya and Victoria use the time to get to know each other since they both shall be seeing more of each other in the following days while Tsunamen stole glances at the latter.

    CHAPTER 3

T sunamen are you planning on entering the Elementium tournament? Tsunamen thought about Maya’s question subconsciously biting his thumb nail, I don’t see why not but I’m pretty sure I’ll need some formal sword training and maybe archery if I’m going to stand a chance. With that the prince left to write a letter to Matthew and to Queen Topaz. Several weeks later three people sent for the prince. Another one of Tsunine’s champions, Ashley Moses the wife and mother of Matthew and Maya. The only pure blooded Tsunian in their family, possessing golden hair in a tomboyish style, dark almost hypnotizing blue eyes, and an energetic smile she looked as if she could be the Moses’ adoptive child due to her young looks. The other two where an Alluvian male and female. The woman was had a slender build and was around five foot eight. Her skin was a few shades lighter than Victoria’s and her hair was long and mahogany brown with the left side of her head shaved. Looking around forty years old she studied Tsunamen with predatory golden-yellow eyes making the boy feel vulnerable. Wearing a combination of fur and leather along with a wolf pelt as a cloak Tsunamen assumed she was an Alluvia hunter. The Alluvian man was far different than what the prince expected. He was only five foot three but had an extremely muscular and bulky build. His skin was the same tone as Victoria’s but the large mohawk threw Tsunamen for a loop, the one brown eye helped but the milky white one reminded the prince that he needs to leave the castle much more often. Adorn in a boar skin vest, leather pants, and wolf skin boots Tsunamen deduced he might be an Alluvia tracker. I’m Alice Lapis Elementium’s best non-Elementium hunter. She waved quickly unloading her backpack, her voice was soft and gentle but had an unexpected mischievous undertone. Walking up to Tsunamen and briskly shaking his hand, I saw two Darthstillians on my way in…if you ever feel unsafe just let me know. I’m Dirk by the way former Zulu. Tsunamen slightly jumped and how deep and ominous his voice was, It’s an honor to have you all train me and please make yourselves at home until you feel my training is complete. Tsunamen was incredibly nervous and he had no idea why, it’s not as if he hasn’t meet some intimidating people before but his heart couldn’t stop racing.

Tsunamen! Victoria’s sudden call made the prince’s heart skip a beat, going completely red in the face. Shyly excusing himself Tsunamen went to see what the hopefully future princess of Tsunine wanted. He followed her until they rounded a corner and was shocked to see a red faced Maya pacing and muttering to herself, she’s been like this ever since those warriors came! Tsunamen gingerly put his hand on Victoria’s hip and shrugged. She looked at him as if he was crazy swiftly smacking his hand away. go fix her before I smack some sense into you! Tsunamen stuttered an ‘okay’ before awkwardly shuffling over to Maya. Why is she so damn gorgeous…and why is mom here? Okay Maya one problem at a time but damn Alice now I know I’m not curious. Tsunamen couldn’t help but give a small chuckle at how the usually calm Maya was acting. Not wanting to end this little show Tsunamen continued to chuckle until it turned into a full-blown laugh, slapping him upside his head Victoria just pointed for him to leave, but…it’s funny! his crush just shook her head pointing more aggressively. Sighing Tsunamen went back to his guest. Now that that’s done, here’s you recurve bow, quiver with thirty-six arrows, longsword and dagger! Alice piled the weapons into the boy’s arms walking away not knowing what else to do he followed her all the way to the courtyard. Kicking open a nearby chest Alice quickly pulled out a bundle of clothes placing them on a nearby table, assuming it’s for him Tsunamen put down his weapons and grabbed the clothes shyly leaving to try them on. While the prince was gone Victoria and Maya went to
