Identifying your purpose can be a difficult task. As there are many of us that may not have an idea as to what we are called to do. So we go in search for what we feel is the right move for our lives; once were in it after a while we discover that something is lacking. We continue the process of seeking the next right move only to find that were in the same position that doesnt lead towards the fulfillment of our destiny. When we look around and see others prospering, we tend to become a bit frustrated with ourselves, wondering how come were not able to move forward and or pursue the things that others are able to do. Thats because in life when were so busy searching for our purpose, we end up taking a detour. We start to lose hope, and the pressures of life pushes us to a point of frustration, wanting to give up. Despite what your situation may look like, know that God has destined you to be great and gave you the ability to pursue those things that He laid out for you to become. However it is only when you learn how to yield to God, and trust His will over your life thats when Hell show you what your purpose is and make provisions for you to prosper.

Its Time to Surrender All, is an inspirational text that uses illustrative short stories to help readers identify the crossroads they encounter as they find ways in which to pursue their purpose. Written by first time author Kim L. Smallhorne, who recognized that she had a purpose to fulfill but wasnt able to identify what it was. Despite the many talents she possessed she wasnt able to fully tap into all that God has placed within her. This was when she finally learned that instead of trying to take control over her own life and doing things her own way, was when she decided to surrender her will over to God letting Him pilot her journey. This didnt come as an easy task as she had to go through the grounding process, experiencing pain, rejection, disappointment and overcoming her fear. This book was purposed inside of her, but she didnt know that until she began to write. She credits her talent to God for allowing her to tap into this area of ministry.

Kim Smallhorne is a certified elementary and special education teacher in New York. She earned both her Baccalaureate and Masters of Science degree from Lehman and Mercy College in the Bronx. Her experience as a teacher has fueled her passion for writing. She enjoys speaking to people about pursuing their dreams and becomes passionate when she sees someone fulfilling their purpose. This motivated her into writing this inspirational text with hopes to encourage others to begin their journey by going forward and pursuing the gift within. Her faith in God and ability to recognize His voice allowed her to understand the greatness she possessed and has yet to tap into. However it wasn't until she learned how to surrender all to God, trusting in His abilities to show her what's inside, which s is what opened the door for her to do something she never in a million years would expect to do, and that is to write her first book, It's Time to Surrender All.

Taking a test can be quite challenging for some and a sign of combat for others. Either way, it’s all in how you prepare for it.
