Lovers & Beloveds of the never ending now, this Voice speaks to you from a place outside of space-time-memory, beyond the reach of gravity, where everything that is, was, or ever will be, is already written in luminous script upon the turquoise lips of winged messengers who whisper their verse into the ears of poets & dreamers, to be cyclically rediscovered in a multitude of voices; which are really your voice echoing off the beat of a billion hearts. Rumi wrote, Be a lover always… & if you have not loved & been loved in return, then count not your life as having been lived, for without love, life will not matter in the end. Therefore, let us proceed from this premise, & remember that we are all beloveds being wooed by the fundamental forces. Forgive in advance the blemishes of passion… this untamed verse, which attest to what has been experienced over a lifetime of being a lover in the truest sense.

This Voice would aspire to offer some insights to the kissers of this world who still believe in the prospect of finding, or being found, by True Love… & who still relish the potency & rush of pure primal innocence as a spiritual aphrodisiac. Consider this volume our linguistic foreplay, where we fumble together to a kind of Transcendent-Fascination about the power & magic of tender loving kindness. Allow yourself to leave behind here all the assumptions & culturally acquired taboos on every topic that humans the world over have ever been taught. This is a scripture of sensations translated into words for your eyes to devour, page by honeycomb page. Each syllable is the direct reflection of a breath shared in between elusive sheets whose happenings bespeak of candlelit origins. Something every true Lover of life already inherently knows, is that the orgasm begins with hello. It starts at light speed in super slow motion the moment our eyes meet & light is exchanged. Seemingly dual beings subconsciously sense everything there is to know about each other, past-present & future. It happens in a photonic instant & doesn’t always register in the brain until hello has already become goodbye, & either the Beloved’s God-spot was touched or not. That which is untouched, is in a profound sense, unloved.

Perhaps before getting into freedom’s fodder, we could muse together on the Love Game, & by ‘game’ this Voice speaks to that same open hearted activity that is most often enjoyed by children in the sunny afternoons upon a playground where the only spiritual purpose is to play! It is through play that we enjoy the brilliance of others. The original Big-Bang Hide & Seek Kiss-Tag ‘game’ of choosing to incarnate in these pleasure-mobile-bodies, & rediscover our divinity though the contrast of interdependence with the myriad aspects of the Lover-Mitosis. On the Lover’s Path, we decide on purpose to be a ‘love-maker’ whose life manifests each action as a kind of kiss/ode to existence. This starry-eyed reverence for each movement & creature as the penultimate Beloved… breaks into unspoken tokens of affection hidden inside each flower petal & leaf. This is where poets prophesize of an irresistible draw to the deepest place any being can ever experience… intimate contact with & loss of oneself in the other.

Through the experience of loving & being loved properly; which is to say, with pure intentions & conscious actions, there exists a vibrational attunement to that quality of essence, which by necessity encompasses the entirety of presence & is a nectar to the world’s senses. It’s a kind of blossoming fragrance of intangibility & intention. Love yourself, the way you want to be loved by others. If you haven’t fallen soul over senses in love with your own Soul, then beware of initiating cosmic relationship with another. The realm of Lovers is a place where one learns to be open, honest, vulnerable, sensitive & strong at the same time. One who feels comfortable in their own skin is more likely to feel comfortable being inside & having someone else inside of their skin as well. Without total trust, there cannot be complete love. The allowance of surrender comes from a sense of safety. As a Lover we must learn to let go of everything that no longer serves our highest good, including old patterns & inherited behaviors. How can anyone else in this world ever truly know you, if you don’t deeply & fully understand yourself.

Knowing thyself is the most primal calling for a Lover, seeking the philosopher’s stone of transmutation. Exploration of your own body-mind-soul-essence is imperative to being integrated & whole. It is possible to proceed in loving others without being self-actualized, but to experience the Nirvana of transcendent interconnectedness. There is no substitute to being clear on who you are & what you want in a love connection. When dealing with personalities (personal realities) we can all rest assured that no matter whom we appear to be, we are still the aftereffects of the Big Bang incarnate. Being a Lover is about letting go of outside expectations & influences, by seeing the world & ourselves in all our naked beauty, then adoring it fully, even the flaws. Lovers find harmonious balance through creative solitude in communion with Nature. This is the purest path to discovering the mystical truth all souls in their silence seek. We begin from that premise of super-supposition & use tenderness as a platform to jump beyond what was the lowest common denominator of relationship feudalism & into the alchemical Art of loving as a way of living.

One of the most direct routes to knowing yourself is through dreams. The average person will spend much of their life dreaming, beginning in the womb. However, without proper conscious-dream-practice, very few will develop the ability to remember even a fraction of that experience, rendering the rest of society with dream-amnesia. Dreaming was once a way of life, indigenous peoples from all cultures have long standing dream traditions as a form of spiritual practice & intuitive development, including the ancient cultures of Egypt, Greece, Tibet, & the Maya to name a few. The very first religions were dream based; many Native American customs included entire families dreaming together & sharing their dreams over breakfast as a sort of preview of what to anticipate for the day. Tribal wisdom suggests that all dreams are of the future, & you get to choose which of them will manifest. When we dream, we all go to a sort of subconscious nexus, or hub of other-worldly interactions. To the aboriginal people of Australia, dreaming is the objective reality; a kind of all at once time or every-when, whereas the waking world is an illusion.

Although many scientific & technological advancements have developed from dreams such as Einstein’s Theory of Relativity, Edison’s light bulb, Tesla’s coils, & others too numerous to mention, western society has largely ignored the value of dreaming as an arena for experimentation & exploration. Instead of tapping into the latent potential of our dreams as a direct line to the Source of all information, we have relegated dreams to being merely a phenomenon or byproduct of biology. As a consequence, entire generations have developed a nightly coma; forgetting some of the most adventurous moments in their life filled with reality bending, mind blowing epiphanies of experience. Dreams are our inter-dimensional doorways, personal connection to Infinity, fractals of pure potentiality, reflection of our psychological emotional state, & a golden opportunity to cultivate our unlimited being into waking embodiment. The real journey begins as you access nonlocal mind, awaken the sixth sense of lucidity, & create your own adventure into the great unknown.

There is an ancient manuscript which sought to address issues such as this, it was called Love Lessons. More than a curricula for kindness, the Kama Sutra could be literally translated from Sanskrit as ‘a condensed version of the teachings on desire’. Much of the text deals with the lifestyle of the Lover/Beloved, & the aesthetic appreciation of a Sensual-Awakeness towards life. Written in the 3rd century, it reflected a maturity of the ancient world becoming awakened through sensual transcendence. The audience to whom it is addressed was aristocratic & represented only the most privileged in society. This Voice seeks to speak to every Lover in all times, past-present-future, as the same-self seated in each others’ hearts, & offer up some Sensual Sentiments to guide & enchant the Dionysian devotee towards total ecstasy. These thoughts are each a kiss of consciousness to adorn our collective journey upon the individual Lover’s Path, or the Beauty Way, aka the Pollen Path.

*Warning! If you’re not ready to be completely devoured, eaten alive, consumed mind, body, & soul into Source… then turn away dear one, leave the Lover’s Path without hesitation or shame. If you want to know the absolute truth; in the end we all dissolve into love & light. We all disappear into the soft holy tenderness of the One.

The Lover’s Path

The first sensual sentiment of the Lover’s Path is to serenade the Soul. Soul is herein defined as the Atman, or Supreme Sentience of Creation, to which we are intrinsically connected, & therefore have direct access. To serenade is to mesmerize, to fascinate the quality of essence which lies at the root of all senses. Sufficed to say, with self-love in the enlightened sense comes a certain semblance of aesthetic appreciation towards developing good habits. The kind of patterns that result in the most beautiful physical, mental, & spiritual forms one can conjure. From here on let it be remembered that when we speak of the Body, or Soul, or Spirit we mean the entire system of cognitive processes, physical biomass, & spiritual or intangible energies. The Body is a temple/playground/bedroom in the most profound sense; so treating it as such invites others on that frequency into your social-sensual spheres.

Genetics is a language of luck, but no matter what semantics of sinew one has inherited; there are always ways to enhance the overall aesthetic appearance of the skin-suit-incantation we wear through life. Epi-genetics is our energetic matrix, which also influences our cognitive perceptions & biological formation. Generating a flawless physical, spiritual, or mental specimen isn’t the intended achievement. Indeed the primary calling is to celebrate our flaws as parts of what makes us unique & interesting playmates in this sandbox of pure imagination. Mystification of the Mind can enhance the natural beauty inherent within Lovers. Just as an actual temple of stone & wood elicits worship, so too the Lover’s Path engenders something akin to golden-nostalgia in embodied form. We are most like Creation when we are creative, & take something already beautiful, (the canvas of empty space) then make it into another form all together magnificent. This transpires through subtle attunement with the Body, herein ascribed as the triune mind-bio-mass-spirit, which is amplified in the subtle intimate realms through tender-touch-sanctification of the synapses.

Notice what is most beautiful, different, or unique about you & accentuate it! When one is unconditionally accepting of, & in-love-with their metaphysical potential, the mind & physical body begin to evidence outward signs of being serenaded. Eyes become clearer, a bright intense gaze that is soul-stirring surfaces. Like a child bewildered by life our breath becomes fragrant, floral, scented. Functional-Body-mastery increases in equal measure to the serenading of a supplemental sense organ… the Spirit itself. When boiled down to its essence, this sentiment of serenading the Soul says, take care of yourself on every level with all the thoughtfulness & compassion you would offer someone you truly love. What does advanced self-love look like? You are what you eat, think, say, & do. It starts with something as simple as seeing hygiene as part of our spiritual practice, & making sure our mouth & skin are the kind of places we would want to kiss if we had the chance for a close encounter of the intimate-kind. Cleanliness may not necessarily be next to godliness, but it is as a ‘Sense-Tenet’ akin to keeping a temple sanctuary hallowed for the devout to rejuvenate themselves by the assurance that pure intention & care has been given to every consideration with thought-incense. That is not to say we should not revel in being covered by the soil, or sweating when we exert ourselves, & being innocent-carefree in our connection to the grass & ground. However, on the Lover’s Path, aka the Beauty Way, there are moments to be covered in dirt & others to be covered in scented oils, knowing the difference is an important distinction.

It may seem obvious to say ‘love yourself as a prelude to loving the other’ but in the modern world we have about 20 years of education (standardization) from adolescence to adulthood, yet in all those syllabi & course materials (mostly on economic-narcissism) there is little to be said of keeping an immaculate ideal of self. Hygiene could be taught as a fantastic form of honoring the unique & rare vessel, which we appear to physically inhabit. We teach math, science, music, even some of the more esoteric skills-sets such as mechanics, but nothing, not even a passing dishonorable mention is given towards the informing of how to care for the miraculous creation that is you! Humanity needs an operators manual. Parents do their best to guide us in this respect, but sadly not under the premise of hygiene being a sacred opportunity to enhance beauty. When one deeply appreciates & takes care of themselves, then they have acquired the first step towards contributing to a more enchanted & magical world. As a child this Voice would notice siblings brushing their teeth & think that it seemed to me like a kind of prayer, something so soft about the small circles hands make, & the light foamy sound of the bristles in the toothbrush on teeth. The Lover’s Path begins with deciding what kind of fragrance & fascination your particular flowering-self will offer this curious pollinating world.

Grooming is a sacred activity, a dharma of the deepest duty. If done in a kind of casual-reverence, as an initiate would sweep the temple floors & wipe away cobwebs (as an act of worship), then it bespeaks of a magic all its own. Self care is a form of intimacy with & underrating of what pleases & nurtures the Penultimate-Self. Not just hygiene, but also diet, exercise, environment, & actions are on this totem of tantric tenets. Most western children are taught to tend to their needs as though it were a chore, requiring an inordinate amount of daily dedication & mindless routine. Even an anti-narcissist will spend several years of this brief life standing in front of & altering their appearance in the reflection of a mirror. We are told not to judge a book by its cover, yet we cannot help but to do so, & when the edges are torn, the book is covered in grime, the spine coming lose, & the pages are falling out… (although the book may be the best we’ve ever read) we reach for another less-encumbered version of the divine narrative. The Book of Love says in its opening opus: we Love each other best when we love ourselves with selflessness. Remember that when we speak of the individual-self, we mean the entire system of mind, physical biomass, & spiritual or intangible energies. An appreciation of the condition of oneself is the first step on the Pollen-Path that leads to the Honey-Way, where Lovers rediscover themselves all over again in the skin of another.

Oblivion’s Kiss

Within the context of serenading the Soul, there are a few basic beauty principles that will assist in the aesthetic presentation of the Body Temple. We are centers for conscious creative energy to be temporally housed. Our bodies are playgrounds that invite the innocent Lover within to come out upon the merry-go-round of sensations & being skin! So what does it mean to be immaculate in appearance on every level? Which is not to say be perfect in society’s eyes. This invitation is to be as creative in composing the poem of your persona as you would in building a dream home on a limitless budget. This heartbeat & breath are your only currency, & how you spend them will ultimately tell the story of you… each movement of mind & limb is another verse of scripture etched with life-ink into the inter-dimensional pages of the Multiverse itself. Think of your every experience as individual syllables in the meta-poem that composes you. Don’t forget, what goes in must come out!

Serenading the Soul begins with a kind of beauty consciousness. We all exist in order to beautify, each of us has been given a unique set of properties, characteristics, & traits that will assist us in making our corner of the canvas magnificent. We crave beauty, & become depressed when surrounded by ugliness. As will be discussed at length in this incantation, the foundation for the Beauty Way begins with what we take into our body matrix. Food in any form (mental, physical, or spiritual) is information at its root, & the old adage you are what you eat, is a literal observable truth. Existence is in-formation, as a kind of latent manifestation that congeals upon intention. Once we collapse the wave function of infinite probability into the finite singularity of what is happening now, then we experience the consequences of our true intent. Remember, we are always feeding not only the physical biomass, but also the cognitive-corpus, & untouchable metaphysical energies. Therefore, our diet (all that we take in through the spirit, mind, & physicality) is the most important factor in the overall health & well being of our being (compounded by environment). It has to do with how you choose to inform your manifestation. It goes without saying that what you take into your mind will influence your subconscious, which results in conscious behaviors & outcomes.

What physical foods we eat will generate a vessel-physique that is in alignment & a direct reflection of the quality of those foods. Meditation, mindfulness, & emotional awareness are forms of psychological sustenance. Prayer, singing, & dancing are spiritual foods. When we exercise the physical biomass, & fail to exert the faculties of mind & soul, then we become dumb jocks. Communing with nature is a form of self-love training, keeping the holy-trinity of spirit, mind, & body in balance. Finding equilibrium between these forces is the key to happiness & longevity. The degree of energy put into this path also bespeaks of one’s level of dedication to radical-self-love. It makes sense that if we put organic, non-altered, whole-foods into our bio-system, it will produce the purest dis-ease-free entity. Living foods feed more than longevity; they nourish us on primal levels. Whereas, artificial corporate cooking, & super-market hunter-gathering will only clog the arteries, rivers, canals & veins
