Introduction

Hello! My name is Cathy Catching and I’m going to teach you how to heal yourself with angelic guidance! Before doing so, I’d like to give you my back story as it just might help you to believe that this is all possible.

In 2007, I was diagnosed with a rare muscle disorder that was considered to be incurable by medical standards. Although I prepared for the worst, I always felt that something could change for the better. I pursued many alternative methods of healing that included meditation, prayer, visual imagery, etc. I also reached out to my angels, hoping that they would guide me into the right treatment.

In October of 2011, something amazing happened. I began to hear my angels talking to me in human voices! One month after that began, something else amazing happened and my life was forever changed. My physical body was healed! Yes, I was healed from all illness and I now had a new lease on life!

The angels encouraged me to share my story so that others would be inspired as to what could happen in their lives. I did so and my first book, Angel Talk, was released in 2014. In addition to my personal story, this book relays numerous angel messages and fascinating side stories.

After the healing, I also began to receive inspiration for several more books and other projects. This heavenly guidance included information on how to teach others to communicate with their own angels. This angelic communication is available to all that ask. With that in mind, I self-published my second book, Guidebook to Angel Talk in 2016 to share this wonderful information.

I also became inspired to write this healing book to teach others how to heal themselves with angelic guidance. I began to work on this shortly after completing the second book but was quickly derailed by my angels. It seems that they had other plans for me.

I began to see the story of my healing and knew in my heart that it would make a great movie. I quickly realized that they wanted me to write it. I completed a screenplay based on Angel Talk in early 2017 and I am now just waiting for a divine connection to be sent my way!

Shortly after that, I picked up where I left off with this healing book. The messages from my angels kept coming in to share what I had learned. I realized that I had information to help people change their lives for the better!

With that in mind, I set my intention to provide the tools that people need for healing. I know that it is then up to them to do the work, but they will each have amazing divine guidance. There are some incredible angels available to help so stay strong in your faith!

Although it would be beneficial to read Guidebook to Angel Talk before this book, it is not absolutely necessary to do so (although you would enjoy it!). For those of you that have already read it, please note that there will be some slight repetition of information. It is quite necessary in order to provide what is needed for this book.

I would now like to introduce you to Healing with Angel Talk!

Let the healings begin!

Chapter One

The Big Picture

Before we get started with how the angels can help us heal, I believe that it is important to go over the big picture. As far as what I’ve been taught, we (humans) are here to be happy and healthy and work towards creating a utopian type of world which is filled with love. This love is for ourselves, other humans, our Creator (whatever our perception is of this being), His divine helpers and our planet. In this world, people can live in peace and harmony with each other.

The process of creating this type of world is known as the ascension of humankind. Although many might think differently based on what they see in the news, our ascension process is moving along quite nicely. Just remember that the news doesn’t always give an accurate picture of what is happening in the world. As of now, most news stations report heavily on negative news no matter where it comes from. Even obscure news can be delivered quickly with the advancement in technology and social media.

Although it can be a bit overwhelming, some of this reporting is quite necessary to raise awareness. Positive change cannot occur unless we understand and acknowledge that there is a problem. I do recommend that people limit their exposure to negative news, though, as it can bring their mood down. Watch for a bit, send a prayer out, then release the concerns.

If you are still concerned about the state of our world, just remember that we have a loving being in charge of the whole show. He has put too much time and energy into us to allow us to destroy ourselves. Although everyone has free will, He can intervene at any time to make sure that we are staying on a positive course.

Periodically, large waves of people are spiritually awakened to contribute to the ascension process. They accomplish this by doing healing work on the planet. These folks are known as lightworkers and can be found working in alternative healing modalities as well as traditional ones. They are encouraged to influence large numbers of people and typically do so with books or other forms of media.

The positive energy and vibration produced by these lightworkers has profound effects on those who have contact with them. This positive vibration/energy is created by love, kindness, compassion, etc. and is exponential.

The role of these lightworkers is to assist others in understanding that they can be happy and healthy during their journey here on earth. After waking up to this truth and making changes to their lives, these newly awakened ones can then contribute to the overall ascension process.

Every person that wakes up can make a positive difference. Those with the most desire will be divinely assisted in ways beyond their comprehension to contribute to the mission. With that desire and help from the divine world, even one person can literally change the world.

First and foremost, though, each awakened being must heal themselves from the negativity that is impeding their progress. Their personal happiness comes first before they are really allowed to help others. In order to heal themselves, they must become aware of the impediments and make appropriate changes. Understanding the lessons that the angels are trying to teach us is crucial in achieving this personal happiness. These lessons will be explained in another chapter and elaborated on in a future book.

Every human being, though, has free will. They can take the advice concerning the lessons or ignore it. Their angels will never give up on them but cannot always intercede according to the Law of Free Will.

Those that do not heed the lessons that are offered will continue to contribute negative energy for themselves and the planet. They will not receive assistance in creating more negativity but will be impeded. There are times, though, when their negativity is allowed to impact others if the ultimate outcome results in positivity. It is difficult to understand this concept but it concerns the common good of the ascension progress.

Humans sometimes don’t make changes because it is the right thing to do but because they don’t want to experience the repercussions. A simple analogy is that we should know better than to throw our trash out the window of our car because we are polluting the planet. Some people did not stop this behavior until a law was enacted that would result in a monetary fine. Their behavior stopped because they didn’t want to pay the fine.

On a larger scale, take into consideration nuclear energy and how it is created. A problem in the process can have huge ramifications to the welfare of all people and the planet. The incidents at Three Mile Island, Chernobyl and Fukushima are clear testaments to the dangers of this form of energy.

Although we knew in the beginning that nuclear energy was dangerous, we pursued it anyway. We are now experiencing the negative repercussions that are necessary for our learning process. Hopefully in the near future, we will wake up and make greater strides in eco-friendly energy resources.

I didn’t add the part about nuclear disasters to create fear, but to raise awareness of why negative events occur. My angels have taught me that even a disaster of that proportion is not a problem for our Maker to handle. We may not understand how it can be remedied, but just trust that it can be!

It is very important to understand a bit more about the positive and negative energy that humans create. Remember that every human being on this planet is part of that collective energy that plays a part in the overall ascension process. Each person has the potential to add or subtract to this process.

Those that are spreading positivity are adding to the ascension. Those that are spreading negativity are adding to the chaos in the world which impedes the ascension process. Most of these folks do not realize what they are doing as they are unaware of the big picture consequences.

They are also unaware of their sphere of influence. Their negative energy affects those around them who are easily influenced. Negative energy is created by thoughts, words and actions based on fear, anger, worry, etc. Even loving and kind people can unwittingly create negative energy. They are also mostly unaware that their negativity is interfering with their own personal happiness.

Most of what is impeding happiness for people is the feeling that their needs are not being met. Humans have basic needs that need to be met in order to survive and additional needs in order to flourish. There are various levels of these and humans move through the process at different paces.

Basic needs are the physical necessities of food, water and safe shelter. Once these are met, we work towards satisfying the flourishing needs. The first level of these requirements is the emotional or psychological need for love; belonging and acceptance; value and esteem. A second level of additional needs involves self-actualization or enlightenment.

If a lower level need is not met, we become stuck and cannot progress. This failure to meet lower level needs is what causes unhappiness and prevents people from being fully enlightened.

When needs are not met, people feel a lack or simply a void. The urge to have secondary needs met is very strong and innate. When they are not met, people go to great lengths to fill the void. A problem arises when the search is in the wrong place and dysfunction develops.

An example would be feeling the lack of love. This could be from others or for ourselves. If there is a lack of love, humans will find another way to produce the brain chemical that satisfies this need. Common ways to accomplish this involve thrill seeking or addictive behaviors.

My angels have told me that the lack of love is the biggest issue with most people. I would agree and state that it is the most important of the lessons as most of them revolve around it. So . . . let’s take a look at the Lesson of Love and all of the other ones that the angels want to teach us!

Chapter Two

The Lessons

There are lessons that every human needs to learn and live by to be blissfully happy. Once they have mastered all of these lessons, they can consider themselves fully enlightened. For clarification, the definition of enlightenment is to have gained advanced spiritual knowledge that allows one to live in a state of bliss; be free from fear; and realize that limitations are only within the mind.
