Kathy Wheeler Gueye was born and raised in Queens, New York. During her childhood years, she was greatly influenced by her love of reading, poetry, art, music, and dance. She currently resides in Brooklyn, New York. In her professional journey as a social worker, MSW, she found creative ways to celebrate imaginary play through the writing of When I Grow Up, a book for children celebrating the infinite possibilities of the imagination while learning. Antoneal Griffiths was born in Jamaica, West Indies. His passion for art began in childhood and continues to this day. Throughout his life, he was greatly influenced by his father, Carl Griffiths, who was an avid photographer. Antoneal Griffiths spent most of his childhood and currently resides in New Jersey. He attended West Side High School and East Orange High School where he perfected his craft, expanding his knowledge through various artistic genres.
