Karen Bramblett Cromer has lived in Georgia all of her life. She received a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Georgia and a Masters in Early Childhood Education from Mercer University. She taught school for twenty three years, most of which were in kindergarten. She and her husband have three children and seven grandchildren.
