If you read only one page out of this book, do make it this one!
The Truth is, my friend, that what you perceive about yourself is not the truth. You have been misperceiving through a lens of accumulated past failures. School doesn’t really suck, but it sure seems that way. Why? Because of your past experiences.
You are not your past experiences. If, however, you base your evaluation of your own abilities and school experiences on things that didn’t go well, then a lens forms. If you bought this book, and I titled this book just to attract you, then there is the perception that school sucks for you, and most likely that you lack certain abilities to succeed in school.
Let me dismantle that untruth for you right now. Your perception is based on the past. The past does not exist right now; it is only a memory, or a filtered experience hanging out in your mind. It’s not your current reality.
Your reality is right now, my friend. And you have choices. So many options are available to you, but you have to release your current illusion that there is something wrong with you and school. There is nothing wrong. There are no mistakes. Your truth is not, I can’t
or I suck,
or even School sucks.
That title was just a ruse to draw you into the truth.
Your truth is that you are infinite potential, powerful and magnificent.
The explanations and solutions in this book are designed to help you tap into that truth and your infinite potential nature. It’s already within you.
My hope is that this book called to you for some reason, and you are ready to work toward your infinite Potential.
Please reach out to me. I am here to help.
I Love You!

Testimonials
Dr. Donah is by far the most nurturing and one of the most intellectual academics I have ever come into contact with. As a student, I felt her constant support, which helped tremendously, and also helped me gain confidence in the classroom and in myself. The unconventional, yet highly productive ways to learn, test taking strategies, and ways to deal with stress/anxiety make Dr. Donah such a upstanding teacher, mentor, and coach.
J.J., student, former mentee
Dr. Donah has a special gift helping children and teenagers understand the nature of their challenges in ways that help them engage with empowering interventions. She has encouraged her clients to see themselves in a positive light. She guides them with new thoughts and behaviors necessary to change their lives significantly. She has been the change factor for many youth, redirecting their futures from potential tragedy to success.
