As life unfolds her mysteries each day, we sometimes need a word: a loving word, a kind word, an encouraging word, even a poetic word.

Most have heard it said, Whats from the heart, reaches the heart. This selection of poems or poetical writings are from my heart and are written from the life experiences of persons I have encountered, interacted with, and/or have witnessed in their pursuit of living this life, one day at a time.

My heart longs to make this world a better place by writing my thoughts from my heartone poem at a time to be shared with one more person with a never-ending circle of sharing and caring. It is my hope that you will be encouraged and move forward in your own personal journey.

OUR ANNIVERSARY

If I could share my very heart

Don't know where I would start

Yes, my heart I will share

For you are always right there

I Love you more than you'll ever know

I honor you and appreciate you so

Thank you for the love you give

And the Godly strength you live

Thank you for your encouraging words

Even when you think I've not heard

It takes a special bond

To hold out until the race is won

We have had our ups and downs

And we keep on loving through the frowns

Thank you for the happy days

That we together have made

Whether on a date or eating out

Or just sitting around in the house

We could be just quiet as a mouse

And feel the love in the air

Knowing that you are right there

Without a doubt to keep me
