Metaphysics of History indicates two major tendencies. Analyzed at small distances of space and time, human history appears like the consequence of leaders decisions and peoples interactions. At a large scale of space and time, history shows that people have achieved without understanding the superior objectives followed by the logic of the divine creation. Following proper interests, the leaders and people have been conveyed by a psychospiritual force to perform without knowing the goals of the divine project. INTRODUCTION

In 1980, thinking to the origin of life, I received an inspiration, which said: The information is eternal. It passes from a shape to other, according to circumstances, but never disappears. It cannot to be created from nothing. The information directs the evolution of matter and energy according to a divine program. The information concerning the origin of life existed from the origin of universe and even farther from transcendence. It has arrived in actual cycle from a previous universal cycle. At the origin of each universal cycle has been Primordial Information (Meta-Information), transmitted from a previous cycle. This idea awaked to me a wave of happiness, because I discovered for the first time the certitude that God exists! God is the Eternal Information & Intelligence, who created all the things and beings! I understood that the modern science confirms in this way the role of Divine Creator.

I lived in that time under the communist dictatorship, which denied with arrogance the role of God. They considered that at origin of universe has been only matter and energy. I wanted to assert the truth about God to all peoples. Many men suffered because of the incertitude that God is. Our soul and psychic need the connection with Divinity. I knew that is necessary to associate my plea concerning God with some scientific data and argumentation. I also knew that I must to publish my assertions in a foreign scientific journal, because the communist dictatorship has not permitted this. Subsequently, I started to search the truth in science. I discovered some scientific data and arguments, which supported my inspiration. I published in 1981 a paper in Journal of Theoretical Biology, in SUA, concerning my ideas, but I acquired a small support from other sources. This fact determined me to search more in science and religion. Step by step, I have written 10 books in Romania, trying to demonstrate the existence of God by means of science. I discovered the existence of a divine project in the evolution of universe. I found the logic of divine creation, which follows superior objectives. But never I acquired the public support!

In 1994, I published in Romania the first edition of Metaphysics of History. I tried to introduce the idea that the progress of humanity along the history has been achieved by the inter-action peoples- Divinity. At small scale of space and time, the progress has been achieved by men. But at large scale of space and time, the leaders and peoples have performed, without to understand, the superior objectives of divine project and logic. I discovered that the history is on a side the consequence of human interventions and on other side it conveys the print of a divine project. Despite my conviction and hopes, I have not acquired any public success. This amplified my ambition to continue the investigation and publication! The absence of success has been also useful because it offered to me the necessary peace and quiet to work. On the other side, I have been happy, because I followed superior objectives. I notice that working for superior objectives the individual can to discover the happiness. This is inscribed in our psychic by Creator.

In the period 2010-2O15, I published 5 books in USA, which represented for me a divine miracle. From 1990, I wanted to publish in SUA, but I succeeded only in 2010! Now, I am 88 years and I think this is my last book. The actual Metaphysic of History is not the reprint of my first edition written in Romania in 1994. I have reconsidered all my ancient ideas in the light of present knowledge. Actual Metaphysics of History demonstrates that the superior objectives followed by peoples along centuries have been inspired and supported by the Divine Intelligence. History is part of Divine Project and Logic! On the other side, the Metaphysics of History reveals the human mission in creation. We are called to participate in intelligent manner to divine programs and objectives, which concern us. It offers the perspective of our future contributions.

CHAPTER I

THE ORIGIN OF UNIVERSE

According to modern scientific data, the universe had an origin. With 14 billion years ago, the universe started the evolution from a Primordial Nucleus, which suffered a ‘Big Bang’ explosion. Due to this initial explosion, the matter and energy expended in the space. The expansion diminished the initial high temperature and determined the micro-cosmos and macro-cosmos evolution. It is not necessary to enter in the details of this scenario, because is better presented in other books. Important is the scientists arrived in final to the following alternative, which they could not to solve until now: 1) The actual expansion of universe will continue forever; 2) The expansion will end at a certain moment and will be followed by a compression phase.

In the first case, the expansion will determine in final the decline of universe by the lost of free energy. Life and intelligence will disappear and the entire evolution will end without sense! On the other side, the second alternative has a profound signification. It indicates the cyclic evolution of universe! If universe describes a cyclic evolution, at the origin of actual cycle has been a Black Hole, which gathered the matter and energy of the previous universal cycle. I notice that the Black Hole certainly possessed a magnetic axis with two poles. It also had a proper axis of rotation and a specific sense of rotation. Therefore, the universe presented from the origin a specific spatial and temporal asymmetry! It represented the first sign of Primordial Information! When the temperature and pressure have reached their superior limits in the Black Hole, according to Einstein equation:

E = mc(2), a big transition took place. The particles of matter and anti-mater having gravitational masses passed in high energetic photons and the ‘Big Bang’ developed. Subsequently, the universe expanded with the speed of light a period, until the photons have produced the hadrons of matter and antimatter. I notice that the trajectory of matter has been different from antimatter, because of the initial spatial and temporal asymmetry of actual universal cycle. The cyclic universe is a programmed system. It develops according to an informational program inherited from the previous universal cycle! Due to Primordial Asymmetry, an important quantity of antimatter returned to Black Hole, which became the Center of Universe. In this way, the matter became dominant in cosmos of actual cycle, while the antimatter passed on secondary role.

The Primordial Asymmetry and Information determined the next development of life on Terra and everywhere in actual universe. I observed that the nucleotide bases achieved from matter present a certain spatial asymmetry. It is due to the specific orientation of protons and hydrogen bonds in the space. The asymmetry of nucleotide bases made by matter is suitable to connect only the molecules of beta-D-pentose. This asymmetry is transmitted farther to the next biologic systems. The DNA and RNA chains are suitable to interact with the peptide chains made by L-amino acids. The primordial asymmetry of actual universe determined that all living organisms on Terra and everywhere in universe, utilize only a specific set of asymmetric molecules. The alternative set, made by alpha-L-pentose and D-amino acids, could to be utilized only in a universal cycle, where the anti-matter will play the principal role. The presented aspects suggest the following conclusions: 1) The Primordial Information, which was at the origin of actual cycle, determined the set of asymmetric molecules of life genesis; 2) Universe describes a cyclic evolution, with the alternative succession of mater-antimatter dominance; 3) The symmetry matter-antimatter (CPT) can to be achieved only in the context of cyclic universe. I published in 1981, in Journal of Theoretical Biology a paper concerning the mentioned ideas. I hopped that this will impress the scientists, but I received only a modest reaction. This determined me to write ten books in Romania and then 5 books in USA. My battle continues. The cyclic evolution of universe, the role of Primordial Information and the connection with life origin are essential. They demonstrate the role of Meta-Cosmic Intelligence (God) and the existence of a divine project. Using the information, Creator has guided the evolution of matter and energy in universe, for to achieve the superior objectives of His project.

CHAPTER II

MATTER VERSUS SPIRIT

An important controversy developed in philosophy along the history between the materialist (atheist) interpretation of reality and the idealist- religious paradigm. The idealist- religious interpretations have been predominant during the most part of history, but they have not succeeded to evolve with the progress of human knowledge. They have preserved their initial forms because have been considered like divine revelations, given forever!

The materialist-atheist interpretations have more developed in science and philosophy in the last 3 centuries. The materialist point of view has been adopted by the economic and politic leaders of society and by educated persons. By means of dominant elite, the materialist and atheist philosophy diffused at large masses and becomes the dominant ideology of occidental states. In this way, the materialist philosophy stared to influence the evolution of modern society in a wrong sense. I notice that the materialist philosophy is a simplest and rudimentary interpretation of reality. It represents the scientific progress, but interpreted in a wrong manner. The materialist philosophy is many times associated with the egoism and immorality. In present, modern science demonstrates that at the origin of universe (actual cycle) existed a Primordial Information (Meta-Information). Starting from the actual progress, we must to elaborate an informational model of universe evolution. The Primordial Information possessed the potency to generate long series of information, according to a superior program. The derived information guided the organization of cosmos, the origin of life, the bio-evolution and genesis of intelligent beings (men). Therefore, the creation developed according to an informational program, projected and guided by Meta-Cosmic Intelligence! The Meta-Cosmic Intelligence represents the modern image of God. The philosophic contradiction between the materialist and religious interpretations can to be solved only passing from the actual level to a superior knowledge. We need to perform the synthesis: The divine creation has utilized the processes of evolution. The evolution has been directed by means of information & program. It has been performed and guided by Meta-Cosmic Intelligence.
