ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
Thank you author house for giving me a third chance. Thank you Catherine, Ann, and James for being supportive always.
My eternal gratitude, goes to all kind people, who reach out to an old lady with a walking stick.
AMANDA IS WORRIED
Amanda pig was worried. She had lost the curl in her tail. She was very proud of her tail. It was the longest, twistiest tail, for miles around. Only yesterday she had been complimented on it’s beauty. It was the reason Mr pig, fell in love with her, and married her.
Oh dear she thought, supposing he falls out of love, and leaves me with all these little mouths to feed, whatever shall I do, and what about the curly tail contest?
She had won all the heats, quarter finals, and, semi finals. She was going into the grand finale, curly tail contest, for lady pigs, next week. It would be a grand occasion. All the important pigs in the country would be there. She had bought herself a lovely new dress for the occasion. It fitted perfectly.
Mr pig, and the little pigs were going to watch. Fortunately, Mr pig had a nice velvet suit, chocolate brown, that would do very well. The little pigs had some fairly new clothes. In any case they would not be in the spotlight, like Mr pig, He would escort her to receive her prize, if she won, of course.
Although Mr pig was proud of Mrs pig, and her lovely curly tail, he was secretly worried about her. She was getting conceited, and neglecting household duties, and on some occasions, him, and the children. Only yesterday he had to iron his shirts himself, and some of the children’s clothes. He was fed up with the ‘curly tail contest’. He would be glad when things were back to normal.
MR PIG’S OPINION
Poor MRS pig. It really was the most inconvenient time, to lose the curl. Wherever could it have got to. She had it when she went to bed, of that she was positive.
It must be something to do with that funny dress. Yes, that was probably it. If only she
