    Vicki McKiernan was born and raised in the Reading, Pennsylvania area and moved to New Jersey when she met the love of her life about seventeen years ago. She got married in 2001 and had her adorable and loving son in 2010. This story is about him and the joy she has experienced through his eyes. Vicki is currently a third-grade teacher in an inner-city school district in New Jersey. She has been working in the same school since 2000 and has taught various grade levels from first grade to eighth grade before settling in third grade.
