It gives me absolute pleasure to say a big Thank You to the many people who were involved with helping me to complete my first cookbook.

Thank you Mama for teaching me how to be a clean cook in the kitchen by showing me how to wash the pots and pans while cooking so I wouldn’t have a pile up later. Thank you Mama for buying me cookbooks made for kids, that helped me prepare my first meal by myself when I was ten for you and Dad (Creamy Scalloped Potatoes with Pork chops), I was nervous, but thank the Lord you enjoyed it. Thanks for not punishing me for cooking the five pounds of hotdogs for the neighborhood kids without your permission.

Thank you Grandma for allowing me to ask so many questions while you cooked in the kitchen and for helping me to peel the skin off potatoes without butchering it.

Thank you Dad for eating all my practice food without complaining even though I was tired of cooking your favorite (Molasses Bread that Grandma taught me) and thank you for showing me how to make big portions of dishes to feed
