Studied bachelor of arts at the University of Santo Thomas,Philippines, Necias Eslao Usaraga, a consistent full scholar, finished optometry at Centro Escolar University, copped the fourth place in the board of examination for optometrist and taught physics, mathematics and science at Glan Notre Dame, She is married to Dr. Ireneo Usaraga, an optometrist, and opened an optical clinic in General Santos City, and blessed with one daughter.During the Diamond Jubilee, and Centennial celebration of Sarangani Province, she was awarded a certificate of recognition, and a medal, respectively, for manifesting exemplary achievements in a chosen profession. She worked in California for more than twenty-five years. She is now a retired Filipino-American dual citizen.

INTRODUCTION

A Message to Parents

Parents, teach your children to live according to God’s divine will. Encourage and teach your children to read the Bible, to learn God’s truth.

Teach God’s commandments diligently to your children, talk to them when you sit in your house, when you walk by the way, when you lie down and when you rise up (Deut 6:7) Train up a child in the way he should go; and when he is old he will not depart from it (Proverbs 22:6)

God has entrusted our children to us to bring them up for him. It is our sacred duty therefore as parents to prepare our children for everlasting life in the ways of wisdom and piety. And we must fulfill this duty with competency and love.

Children in the good olden days were very polite, obedient, courteous, decent and very respectful toward their parents and elders. Parents then used to read the Bible to their children.

May this little book inspire, deepen, and strengthen youngster’s relationship and faith in God and may they always be blessed by God’s grace. May they be enlightened by the Holy Spirit to know the GREATNESS of GOD about His angels, about the wonder of His creations, about the main purpose of creating us, and how to attain the great glory of everlasting life.
