This book is dedicated to the love of my life, Lathyra Ranger, my wife and my queen. When a king has found his queen, he flourishes. Since finding my ‘rib’, I have never been the same. To be honest, God has anointed her to bring out the best in me, because she looked past my flaws and saw my worth. This woman of God went into her secret place and interceded on my behalf. Jesus saved me and, now, by the grace of God, I’m becoming the man that she prophetically saw. She has been my inspiration for writing ‘Kingstinct’. No other woman in the world could ever take your place or even bring value to my life as you did. You are my favor and my ‘crown of beauty’. I love you forever.

Rediscovering of Dominion

Writing this book has been a ‘walking on water experience’ for me. Stepping out on faith, I will share my story and experiences. With today’s pressure to conform, whether to protect our ego or to fit in, finding our individuality and worth falls on a priority list to stand out and succeed. We have to know who we are and where our strengths lie.

I struggled to know who I was, because my foundation never empowered purpose. Though I grew up in a home with both parents, the fundamentals of identity weren’t explained; as a result, I sought my identity in women, sex, material things and alcohol. The strip clubs became my nest, where I found comfort and pleasure. My parents could only push me to the level of which they were exposed. As I grew into manhood, something deep inside of me ignited the greatness within. I wanted more for myself; I wanted to go beyond the legacy of my family. This was the motivation in me, wanting to represent The Bahamas in ‘Mr. Caribbean International 2012’. I was favored. I didn’t even have to compete, because there were no competitors for the ‘Mr. Caribbean Bahamas 2012’. I won by default, which was awesome news for me. Winning this title brought a sense of confidence and accomplishment. I spoke it and then it happened.

My participation in Mr. Caribbean International 2012 affected me in a positive way; first of all, it contributed to my personal development, as my fears of public speaking were strangled by my courage to improve myself. I also felt my stage presence improving tremendously, along with my ‘cat walk’.

Coming into MCI, I didn’t know that friendships would be developed as they did. We made sure we were on point for blind dates and for our performances, and ensure we got water for each other after the fitness challenge was over. I’ve never met a better group of guys. Although we were competing against each other, we always helped each other along the way.

I did a few modeling engagements, commercials and appearances. I thought I had reached my limit, until God allowed an angel, in whom I have the great privilege of calling her my wife, to cross my path It is through this divine connection I was motivated to recommit my life to Christ. In establishing a committed relationship with Christ, I discovered my worth. After all, it was clear who I truly was, based on the queen entrusted in my care.

Finding myself and discovering my worth has empowered me to help men around the world; to reclaim their throne and reshape how they view themselves, spirit, soul, body. My vision is for every man to experience dominion in every area of their lives and walk in the authority of the ruler God has called them to reign as; king.

Chapter 1

Born to Reign

At the moment, a king is born and is taken away from his parents. As a baby, his caretakers refer to him as, ‘your royal highness’, ‘your excellency’ and ‘your majesty’.

While in adolescence, he’s educated on many things, such as; being bilingual, ballroom dancing, the art of self-defense, dinner and social etiquette.

A scene in the movie ‘300’, directed by Zack Snyder, depicted a child king during his right of passage. It was their custom to be cast out of the city with just a spear. After a pre-determined amount of days, then and only then would he be worthy to become the next king if he survives.

Our Kingdom Birth Right

(Revelation 4 KJV) God gave John a glimpse of the throne room of God. There was a throne of God and 24 elders with Gold crowns that sat around Him. They dropped their crowns on the ground and worshipped God. God is the King of kings, so every knee shall bow and every tongue confess that he is Lord.

During creation, God decided to ‘create man in his image and likeness.’ (Genesis 1:26-28 KJV)

He placed in us royalty, kingship and dominion. God also deposited kingdom authority in us to manage the earth. God’s vision for man was to colonize earth to be just like heaven. (Matthew 6:10 KJV) Adam’s first act as a
