About this ebook
The stories are an attempt to get you to see things in a different light, from a different perspective. Most are based on the bible, as many writers of stories, songs and proverbs do. The bible has been the world's greatest book ever published, though it has been an awesome attempt to read and understand. Many things in it can be interpreted in many different ways, A double edged sword, all of which can be right or wrong, depending on your point of view. The real truth is that the bible in it's entirety is truth, it speaks of the truth, for the truth and by the truth.
There have been those who have chose to write love stories, while others have chosen to write horror stories, both are in there. Both can be right or wrong depending on your perspective. Both can be the same story !
If you view the bible as love stories, it will come across as such most of the time. On the other hand, if you view it as horror stories it will come across as such, most of the time. It's sort of like the difference between God and Satan. Both are part of our lives, both affect our lives.
This book will make some happy and offend others, not because of what's in it, but purely on their of view. This is true of anything that was ever written including the Bible ( and that includes all bibles ). I hope you enjoy it one way or the other or both. Maybe one day soon, verily soon, we can all be friends like this "Fren Da Mein

Walk With Me
Walk with me, through all of this land
Walk with me, I will hold your hand
I will guide you, in all that you may do
Keep faith in me, my love’s forever true
I will be there, you just have to call
I am there to catch you if you fall
Walk with me to the stars above
I will share with you my eternal love
Your faith in me, will make your dreams come true
You shall not fail, for I am here with you
All I ask is you remember me
As loving you for all eternity
Just close your eyes, and I will be there
Don’t you ever doubt that I really care
Walk with me

WALK WITH ME
(THE STORY)
A young Franciscan Monk, Joseph Quinn, came to our parish. He became our new Choir Master and Organist, and was very good. I had a recording studio at the time and was trying to get him to record some of his music, but I never could get him up there. He later became a priest and soon after that he was transferred to Boston, to become head of vocations for the entire Eastern Seaboard. He informed us that he would be leaving in about a week and a half. Since I couldn’t convince him to come to the studio in enough time, I decided to bring the recording equipment down to the choir loft during a rehearsal (If Mohammed won’t go to the mountain, we bring the mountain to Mohammed!)
I told him You’re not leaving here tonight ’till you record something!
I sat him down at the keyboard and let him play. He recorded a piece of music a little over 3 minutes long. When I played it back, he asked me if I could make it longer. I said, No problem, it’s on the computer, all I have to do is loop it. How long would you like it?
He said Fifteen minutes would be fine. I would like to use it for background music during my homily. I don’t plan on speaking any longer than that.
So I took everything back to the studio and set it to record for the 15 minutes, and sat there waiting. As I sat there I heard this voice say to me Write this down
. . . I looked around and there was no one there. (I thought to myself, Am I on candid camera?
) Nothing like that had ever happened to me before in my life. I figured, what do I have to lose. There just happened to be a pad and pencil by my hand, and I wrote it all down. It looked like a poem so I put it up against the recorded music and they went together like a hand in a glove!
I decided to record it, and tears rolled down my cheeks when I was done. I called my wife in and asked her if she would sing this song with me. She said Sure. What’s the matter with you, you look very strange!
I told her, I tell you later.
She recorded the song and tears rolled down her cheeks as well.
I tried to get the choir to sing it, but there was not enough time. So we played it for him at his going away party and he fell apart. This is the original recording of that night.
Mother
So many things, God created, things both great and small
And of all the things great, one of the greatest of all
Is our mother, who chose love and life, the way to be
She worked and loved passionately, to raise you and me
Always caring and comforting through good times and bad
To always kiss and hug us, when we are sad
To discipline and lead us, when we are bad
To lead a full and fruitful life, the best teacher we’ve had
Even God chose a mother to give birth and raise His son
And you can be sure, it was not always fun
To have to love God’s son, to be the chosen one
To do all that is required, and God’s will be done
Yes, being a mother, is the hardest, job in the world
Give Mom, thanks and praise, let the banners be unfurled
Let us stand on the mountain tops, and give out a cheer
If it wasn’t for mother, none of us, would be here!

A ROAD CALLED LOVE
While searching and traveling down a road called Love, I came across a woman, and I asked her If you only had one word to define what Love is, what would it be?
and she responded jubilantly God!
. . . and I said to her You can’t use that Word since God defined Himself as Love… That would be redundant
And so thinking a bit, she came back with Obedience
. . . and I asked her Obedience?
Let me get this right… You are saying to your children If you do not obey me, I will not Love you?
. . . What kind of message is that, you are sending!
And so I sadly, walked further down this road called Love and came across a young girl, and I asked her the same question. And she immediately replied Sacrifice!
. . . and I responded Wow!
, You are saying I don’t want to do what you tell me to do. But, because I Love you, I will
. . . and I smiled and moved on, getting close to my goal, this place called Love.
And then, I came across this little girl, and I asked her What is Love
and she smiled and held her arms wide open and said A hug!
. . . And I felt a stab in my heart and a tear in my eye… and she gave me, the tightest hug… and I said I Love you!
. . . and I walked away, smiling, straight into the Light
Then I came across a baby, lying in a crib, and I jokingly asked the question What is love? What words would you choose?
Immediately, the baby responded, with a smile, Ga… goo!
As I, turned with a smile, to walk away, a Light went on in my head. I then knew, what the baby really said. You see babies cannot pronounce the letter D
and so it was God good!
. . . and I finally knew the Truth, what and where Love is… and I would have no trouble at all, finding my Way straight to your heart my God!
Come to Me like a child
. . . Amen!
Some want their children to grow up, just like them!
I want to grow up just like my children
We are born smart… and grow up to be stupid!

New Life
IS THERE A PLACE IN YOUR LIFE THAT YOU LONG TWO BE
A PLACE OF HAPPINESS AND PEACE, WHERE YOU FELT FREE
WHERE PAIN AND HURT WERE NOTHING YOU KNEW
AND THE DREAMS OF YOUR LIFE WERE ALL BRAND NEW
WHERE DID THE CHANGE IN YOUR LIFE ALL COME ABOUT
WHERE DID THE PAIN COME IN AND THE JOY GO OUT
WAS IT SOMETHING THAT YOU COULD SEE
THAT PLANTED HURT AND MADE LOVE FLEE
HOW DID YOU COME TO THIS CROSSROAD
FELL DOWN AND PICKED UP THIS HEAVY LOAD
DID YOU WATCH YOUR LIFE, GO FROM BAD TO WORSE
DID YOU BURY INSIDE THIS TERRIBLE CURSE
COULD YOU NOT SEE THE SOMEONE OUT THERE
THE ONE WHO’LL HELP YOU, WHO ALWAYS CARE
A HELPING HAND, REACHING OUT TO YOU
WHO LOVES YOU, NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO
I TELL YOU, IT IS NEVER TOO LATE… TO REACH OUT
WHEN THE PAIN AND ANGUISH MAKE YOU CRY AND SHOUT
HELP ME! . . . HELP ME! . . . OH GOD PLEASE!
CURE ME! CURE ME! . . . OF THIS TERRIBLE DISEASE
JUST OPEN YOUR HEART AND LET HIM IN
AND A PATH TO NEW LIFE WILL BEGIN
GIVE TO HIM, YOUR LIFE… OUT OF CONTROL
LET HIS PEACE AND SERENITY FILL YOUR SOUL
GO DOWN, GO DOWN, THE NEW LIFE PATH
WHY HE STILL LOVES YOU, NO NEED TO ASK
HIS LOVE, IS LOVE THAT LASTS FOREVER
HE WILL NOT ABANDON YOU, NOT EVER!
TAKE HIS HAND, AND LET HIM LEAD YOU
TO A NEW LIFE THAT’S SPIRITUAL AND TRUE
TURN YOUR BACK… ON THE ANGER AND STRIFE
AND WALK WITH HIM TO A NEW LIFE
AND WALK WITH HIM… TO A NEW LIFE

He Is There
In the darkest night… when it seems no one is there
When nothing is right… there is one who cares
I know He does, with His strength, and love to share
He is there… He is always there!
Though I’m lost and the road is rocky… filled with holes
There’s something that calms… my immortal soul
I will walk through the storm, with no
