    for the seventh angel spoke

in my ear, through my head

    home to god and son

    where you can go

    Introduction

    every time it rains

    we fear the flood

    forgetting rainbows

    failing to look upward

    or trusting in god’s word

(are we believers by hope hearken)

I still believe in the rain. So much can happen in the rain. The end of the world can happen in a rainstorm.

Do you believe in miracles? I do. What do you believe to be real? Everything that you can touch and see is real? Do you believe thoughts to be real? You can’t touch or see thoughts. But they are real. Do you believe in the supernatural? I do. Do you believe everything that you see? I do. Do you believe shadows move without their owners? I do. Do you believe black clouds can float inside your house? I do. Do you believe everything that you hear? I do. What if you hear a conversation between two people, and there is no one around? What if you hear someone whisper a secret to you, and there is no one else in the house with you? What would you do if you saw angels descending from the ceiling into your living room? What would you do if you saw demons climbing trees outside your house? Do you run? Do you stay? Do you scream? Do you cry? I’d pray! How many times, 12 times?

    Prologue

    well we were born stubborn

    we never do anything easy

    we never call the son

    to take us back home

(dna, tell me your names by hope hearken)

There has always been so much rain in my world.

I hear the pounding of rain drops everywhere.

My name is Hope Hearken and I listen too much. I listen to everything. I listen to the birds sing. I listen to trees blowing in the wind. I listen to rain, thunderstorms, and volcanoes. I listen to the traffic, people walking, people running. I listen to strangers arguing with each other and themselves. I listened to a lady disagreeing with herself about smoking. I listened to a man call himself stupid for not getting a second coffee. And I listened to a woman crying, pleading with herself to stop talking back to her. This woman’s story is what I chose to listen to so very carefully. This is the story of Rachael McAdams and the demons she saw. Remember the number 12.

    Chapter One: Rachael McAdams

    you saved me

    from demon attacks

    from invading aliens

    from my own brain

    you saved me

    thank you lord

(i still believe by hope hearken)

How can I trust that this rain is real, that these rainclouds are real?

How should we start this story? How do most stories begin, by someone telling you a truth or a lie? Well then call me Robin,
