GOING OUT OF BOUNDS
I am here, standing on this sandy beach, waiting for the colors of the sunset to blend together, and allowing my passion to create on canvas the wonders that scintillate a heavenly moment.
With my needs at hand, I resume in this vastness about, as I again feel being centered to analyze this sunset with its magnificent light and to be enamored to paint this sunset with extraordinary colors this evening.
I am starting to paint a sunset on top of the one I painted the previous evening, something not ordinarily done, and maybe called weird or just going out of bounds.
Before I go on and on, let me introduce myself.
I am Teddy, one of the main characters that you will get to know as the story proceeds.
I’ve been called Teddy since childhood, and the name has stayed on without me trying to change it to Ted or Theodore. Teddy keeps me close to my youth and to spring.
I’m an artist that loves to live on the edge of life, that is to say, to take a shot at chance or to have a willingness to live in an unpredictable event, to paint and create a feeling of color that, just for the moment, is ultimately and uniquely for the mind to comprehend; if not, as you probably will say, it’s astounding. I’ve never seen anything like it before.
Why am I doing this? Painting one sunset over another, going out of the ordinary focus and the natural sense of the imagination, and being boundless as I can ever be?
To put it simply, letting the sunsets blend to form an experience to the eyesight—that is a phenomenon anomaly.
In this late evening, as I was finishing a sunset, it was then that I noticed my dear friend Cary approaching on the sandy road.
I was thinking, Yes, it is Cary. I can tell by the way he walks, with his appearance of an independent well-being.
At times Cary would be running on this road as fast as he could, only stopping for a short rest, then off he would go again, staying on course.
As I reminisced a tender moment, I realized Cary is someone to take note of.
Cary can enter a crowded room, and while he is standing at the entrance, secretly glancing eyes will find him.
He is discreetly and fashionably dressed that you will feel a look at him is not enough; you will find that you need a moment more to observe him, to have your eyes consume this vision.
When you see his presence standing there, you will think to yourself, He is someone I would really like to know.
I know Cary has somber moments that instill in him a free-minded spirit.
I imagine Cary standing in a field at night, looking up to the stars, conveying a mystical essence in his tranquil frame of mind, becoming a being with the scent of a supernatural.
There is so much more I can say of him, and when he smiles so unexpectedly, he brings a sharing of joy to everyone nearby.
At a recent party I gave, I remember watching Cary standing at the entrance; I took that moment to watch him with pleasure.
I then hurriedly walked to him with my hand held out in a most friendly manner to welcome him to this friendly gathering.
Cary, it’s so good to see you. I’m so glad you came. You look so dashing.
I have always been infatuated with Cary. We have been good friends for many years, and actually, as wonders never cease, I still opt to amplify our relation.
Now, as I refrain from my lighthearted thoughts and get back to basic reality, Cary’s energy and vitality come about.
With almost unheard footsteps, Cary approached.
I turned
