ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
First and foremost I acknowledge that without God’s grace I would not have been able to write this book. He has brought me through many scrapes with disaster, some of which are recorded in my first book, ‘The Christian Challenge – From Alpha to Omega’. He also has allowed me many experiences, which prompted further thoughts and led me to put them on paper. I am grateful for all He has taught me - and is still teaching me, but acknowledge that I too have much to perfect and still need to live the life taught by these lessons.
Secondly, I am grateful for the encouragement I have received from my brothers and sisters in Christ. I am especially grateful to Pastor Clinton Morgan who read the draft, encouraged me and confirmed that this book should be published and to my daughter Helen who patiently corrected grammatical errors and gave helpful suggestions.
Lastly, I acknowledge God’s mercy and trust what is written is guided by God through His Holy Spirit.

PREFACE
I ask you to humbly admit with me that many of us have fallen short of what God requires of us, that we have been sleeping, as it were, by letting the devil get away with so much. Surely we need to wake up, stand up, face up to what is happening and make every effort to follow what the Bible says?
The first book of this series, ‘The Christian Challenge – From Alpha to Omega’, was written to encourage readers to accept God’s plan for their lives - from salvation to listening to the promptings of the Holy Spirit. I hoped that readers would be encouraged to form Omega Groups and wait upon the Spirit’s leading for each group as to what each group’s purpose might be.
The second book, ‘The Christian Challenge (2) – Wake Up - Your Enemy Sleeps Not’, was written to help us recognise the author of many troubles, to see those troubles for what they are and to study and find the knowledge to combat those troubles. It was hoped that awareness would allow our Creator’s master plan for us to come about rather than be forever tempted to fight each other – no matter who started it!
Next I felt guided to look into ‘Understanding Covenant’. Oh how life could be so different if we kept covenant with each other and God.
This fourth book looks at the ways masses have been led to believe in, and live with alternatives to the basic truth as shown in scripture or worse still, disbelieve in God altogether. These deceptions are not just another way of thinking - as our enemy would like us to think. They purport to be true but are indeed a lie. They lead us astray. They deter and detract us from the very truth God desires us to follow for an abundant life and the enjoyment which comes from that.
In the few years since I started writing, my concerns have not been lessened. Indeed they have become
