Express Yourself

About this ebook
I hear footsteps at night and whispers down below. It leads me to believe we, too, will perish. Its inevitable. Tall buildings and low skies and false hope and white lies are all crumbs of our nature.
Patrick Ricke
I believe our purpose in life is to be happy. It took me twenty six years to figure that out. In twenty six years I could have traveled the world and enriched myself with various cultures and beliefs. In twenty six years I could have gone to school and started my own business in sales or possibly mechanics. In twenty six years I could have spent my life in agony and depression; using and abusing every high that I could think of just to end up chasing that 6 foot hole we all end up in. In twenty six years I have realized that the choices I have made and the paths I have taken have made me a truly humble and sensitive man who has found peace and love in everything that I do. I am proud to live in America;a country where I can express myself with honesty and not live in contempt. It took me twenty six years to realize that happiness is the goal in any path we take. Luckily, I was able to write some meaningful expressions along the way. I encourage everyone to not be afraid to express themselves. Be weird.Be different.Be the person you want to be. Just express yourself.
