All children, regardless of any difference, should be catered for equally within a program. Inclusion is an ongoing process.

People can often be thoughtful not to exclude a child with an obvious difference, but sometimes it is the difference that are not as obvious or the small differences that separate us the most. Differences are not a negative thinghow boring life would be if we were all the same. Tolerance and acceptance are two different things that I want us all to accept.

Mandii is one of four children and has three beautiful children of her own. Mandii volunteers anywhere she is needed and gives a great deal of her time and talent without expectation of praise or appreciation. She is an unassuming, caring, and giving person with a strong work ethic, sense of responsibility, and willingness to help babies to grandparents.
