About this ebook
By order of God, a complete counting and list of his people he chose must be made.
For historys sake and for his sake, insist it is thorough and true with his aid.
Warren Sherwood Bennett
As said in the prophecy, God is the source of all knowledge and life-giving breath. These matters of the fact lead the way to all forces on Earth and all unto death. This author has visualized and realized how his life has been blessed with the verse to feel with his zeal just how he could be prized with some wisdom of God’s universe. They recently had a great-grandchild, a boy, as their twenty-fifth one, and somehow, they also just had their first great-great-grandchild. This makes them great-great-grandparents now.

The Major Prophets of the Bible - Warren Sherwood Bennett
Chapter I.
The following men from the line of ascent
From the very beginning of man,
From A`-dam came Seth, then came E`-noch’s ostent
To Ma-ha`-la-el, Je`-red & Ke`-nan.
Then He`-noch, Me-thu`-se-lah, No`-ah & Shem,
Then came Ja`-pheth & eight sons he had,
Were Go`-mer & Ma`-gog & Mas`-a-eI’s stem
Of son Je`-van, & Tu`-bal was bad.
Son Me`-shech & Ti`-ras, & Go`-mer’s three sons
Were born Ash`-chi-naz, Ra`-phath, To-gar`-mah.
The four sons of Ja`-van were Tar shish & sons
Being Kit`-tim, & Dad`-o-rim, ‘lisha.
The four sons of Ham were born Miz`-ra-um, Put,
And sons Ca`-naan & Cush from Me-de`-a.
The five sons of Cush were born fair & clean-cut:
They were Hav`-i-lah, Ra`-a-mah, Se`-ba.
He also had sons, name of Sab`-te-cha, Sab`-ta,
Of Re`-a-mah: De`-dan & She`-ba.
And Cush begat Nim`-rod, whose might over She`-ba
Grew great on the earth, e’en Me-de`-a.
And Miz`-ra-im’s seven sons, An`-a-nim, and,
The men Lu`-dim, & Le`-ha-bim, Naph`-tu-him,
Cas`-lu-him, (who came from Phi-lis`-tines’ lush land),
And Path - ru`-sim, & young Caph`-ro-him.
And Ca`-naan had Zi`-don, his first-born, & Heth,
Who’s a Jeb`-u-site also, & too,
The Am`-mon-ites, from the young Gir`-ga-shite, Seth, -
Hi`-vites, Ark`-ites, & Sin`-ites, a Jew.
The Ar`-vad-ites, Zem`-o-rites, Ha`-math-ites too,
And the nine sons of Shem would not stray.
They’re E`-lam & As`-shur, Ar-phax`ad, Lud too,
Uz & Ga`-ther & Me`-shech & Hai.
With A`-ram, Ar-phax`-ad begat Shi`-lah, and,
Shi`-lah sired only E`-ber, no more.
To E`-ber were born only two sons, but grand;
They were Pe`-lez & Tok`-tan of yore.
Now Jok`-tan begat son Al- mo`- dad, and so
His sons She`-leph & Je`-rah was born.
And too, Ha-zor-ma`-veth was born into woe, -
…U`-zal, Dik`-lah, Ha-da`-ram forsworn.
There’s U`-zal, Ha-da`-ram, & Dik`-lah, the sons
Stemmed from Jok`-tan. … And these came from She`-ba:
Ar-phaz`-ad, & She`-lah, & E`-ber & sons,
Pe`-leg, Ru`-u, & Se`-rug, the stem
Of Na`-hor, & Te`-rah, & A`-bram, the son
Of old A’ -bra-ham’s sons of his own:
There’s I`-saac & Ish`-ma-el, whom they’d begun;
These are their generation alone.
The first-born of Ish`-ma-el, he named Ne-ba`-joth,
Then was Ke`-dar & Ad`-be-el, Mib`-sam,
And Du`-mah & Mas`-sa & Ha`-dad & Te`-ma,
And Ked`-e-mah, Na`-phish & Je`-tom.
Now these are the sons of old A`-bra-ham, and
By Ke-tu`-rah, his concubine, black.
She bore his sons Zim`-ram, & Jok`-shan, & Me`-dam
And Mid`-i-an, Shu`-ah, & Ish`-bak.
The two sons of Jok`-shan were De`-dan & She`-ba.
The five sons if Mid`-i-an’s Ru`-ba,
Were E`-phan, A-bi`-da, & He`-noch & E`-phah,
And El`-da-ah by this Ke-tu`-ah.
Then I`-saac was sired by great A`-bra-ham, and,
This son I`-saac had Is`-ra-el, E`-sau.
The sons of this E`-sau were El`-i-phaz, and
Reu`-el, Je`-ush, Ja-a`-lam, & Ka`-rah.
The sev’n sons of El`-i-phaz were O`-mar, Te`-man,
Ze`-phi, Ke`-naz, & Tim`-na, too.
He had two more sons, who were Am`-a-lak, Go`-tam.
…Rue`-el, four sons that were true.
They’re Ne`-both & Ze`-rah, & Sham`-mah, & Miz`-zah.
… The sev’n sons of Se`-in were true.
They’re Sho`-bal & Zeb`-e-on, Lo`-tan & A`-nah,
And Di`-shon, & E`-zar, & Di`-shon there too.
The three sons of Lo`-tan were Ha`-man & Ho`-ri;
Lo`-tan’s sister was Tim`-na with them
The Sho`-bal sons, Man`-a-hath, E`-bal, & She`-phi,
And O`-nam, A-li`-am with them.
Of O`-nah’s son Di`-shon, & his sons of plan,
Am`-ram, Esh`-ban, & Ith`- ran, & Che`-ram,
And E`-zer’s three sons, Bil`-han, Za`-van, Ja`-kan;
…Of Di`-shon were Uz & A`-ram.
Now these are the kings who had reigned in the land
Of all E`-dom, before those of El`-dur-ah
Reigned o’er the children of Is`-ra-el, and,
Be`-or’s Be`-la… His city was Din`-ha-ba.
When Be`-la was dead, Ja`-bal, who was the offspring
Of Ze`-rah of Boz`-rah, had reigned
In his place. – But when he was proclaimed the king,
Ja`-bal died, & King Hu`-sham remained;
When Hu`-sham was dead, Ha`-dad, son of Be`-dad
Smote the Mid`-i-ans in Mo`-ab’s field.
He took o’er the kingship of Hu`-sham, he had.
… And his city was A`-vith, his shield.
When Ha`-dad was dead, Sam`-lah ruled in his stead;
When this Mas`-ra-kin died, Sha`-ul reigned
In Sam`-lah’s stead, down by the old river bed.
This son of Re-ho`-both sustained.
When Sha`-ul passed on, Ba-al-ho`-nan became
His successor, & ruled in his place.
And when Ba-al-ho`-nan died, Ha`-dad of fame
Ruled with mercy & splendor & grace.
The name of his city was Pe`-I, - his wife
Was Me-hat`-a-bel, daughter of Ma`-tred,
Who stemmed from the daughter of Mez`-a-dab’s wife.
… The king Ha`-dad died also in hatred.
The dukes of all E`-dom were Duke Tim`-nah, and,
Duke A-li`-ah, & Duke Je`-theth, too,
And Duke A-ho-lib`-mah, & brothers on hand
Were Duke E`-lah & Duke Pi`-non, true;
Duke Ke`-nag, Duke Te`-nan, Duke Mib`-zar & those
Dukes of E`-dom: Duke Mag`-di-el, -I`-ram they chose.

Chapter II.
Now these are the twelve sons of Ja`-cob, renamed
By the Lord to be Is`-ra-el now:
In all they are Reu`-ben & Le`-vi, ordained,
Dan & Is`-a-char, Zeb`-u-lum’s vow.
There’s Jo`-seph & Ben`-ja-min, Naph`-ta-li, Gad,
And the last but not small, Ash`-er was.
The three sons of Ju`-dah were glad to be had:
She`-lah, O`-nan & Er, treacherous.
The daughter of Shu`-a, the Ca`-naan-i-tess,
Bore all three of them; - Er, the first-born,
Was evil in sight of the Lord, - a distress,
He was slain; none were grieved or forlorn.
And Ta`-mar, his daughter-in-law, bore him two:
Pha`-rez, Ze`-rah; - from Ju`-dah were five.
From Pha`-rez came Hez`-ron, & Ha`-mul came too,
And the five sons of Ze`-rah who thrive.
In all, there were Zim`-ri & E`-than & He`-man,
And Cal`-cal & Da`-ra to serve.
But of the son Carmi begat A`-char’s freeman.
A trouble of Is`-ra-el’s nerve
.
He transgressed the Law, in the things God did curse.
…Az-a-ri`-ah was E`-than’s sole son.
Of Hez`-ron were born his three sons, not perverse:
Ram, Che-bu`-bal, Je-rah`-me-el won.
And Ram had Am-min`-a-dab, who begat Na`-shon,
The prince of the children of Ju`-dah.
And Na`-shon had Sal`-man, & Sal`-man’s ablation
Was Bo`-az, - both grandsons of Ju`-dah.
And Bo`-az sired O`-bed, & Jes`-se he sired;
Jes`-se sired his first son, & the name,
E-li`-ab he gave him, his second acquired
Was A-bin`-a-dab, - Shim`-ma (third) came.
The fourth was Ne-than`-e-el; Rod`-da, the fifth,
And the sixth son was O`-zem, & last,
Was Da`-vid, the seventh, with sisters a gift,
Zer-u-i`-ah & Ab`-i-gail, classed.
The sons Zer-u-i`-ah had were mighty men,
A-bish`-a-i, A`-sa-bel, Jo`-ab.
And A`-bi-gail gave birth to Am`-a-sa then,
And the father of Am`-a-sah, - Je`-thab.
And Hez`-ron’s son Ca`-leb begot children of
Wife A-zu`-bah & Je`-e-oth too.
Here sons are these three: Je`-shen, Sho`-bah of love,
And son Ar`-don she bore overdue.
A-zu`-bah then died, & young Ca`-leb then wed
Eph`-rath, who bore a son she called Hur.
And Hur begot U`-ri, & U`-ri, high-bred
Had Be-zal`-e-el also from her.
And afterward, Hez`-ron went onto the maiden
Ma`-chir, who sired Gil`-e-ad,
Whom he married when he was old & o’er laden;
At sixty, she bore him, Se`-gad.
And Se`-gab sired Jo`-ir; and Gil`-e-ad had
Three & twenty small towns in the land.
But Ge`-shur & O`-`ram took towns Je`-ir had;
All of Ken`-nath were sixty full-manned.
These towns all belonged to the sons of Ma`-chir,
Who’s the father of Gil`-e-ad, and,
That Hez`-ron had afterward deceased by nature,
Ca-leb-Eph`-ra-tah, then took the hand
Of A-bi`-ah to wife, who bore Ash`-ur, & claimed
To have fathered Te-ko`-a, desired.
The sons of Je-rah`-me-el, Hez`-ron’s first named
To be Ram, & four others he sired.
Their names were A-bi`-jah, & Bu`-nah, & O`-ran,
And O`-zem, but had one more wife,
Named Ar`-a-rah, who was the mother of O`-nan.
…And the three sons of Ram, who had life,
Were Ma`-az & Ja`- min & El`-ker by line
Of Je-rah`-me-el, & sons of O`-nan
Were Sham`-ma-i, Ja`-da, - & from Sha`-ma’s line,
Had sired Na`-dab, & Ab`-i-shur, Jo`-nan.
The name of the first wife of Ab`-i-shur, bred
Ab-i-ha`-il, & had Mo`-lid, Ah`-ban.
The two sons of Na`-dab were Ap`-pa-im, Se`-led,
But Se`-led died childless in clan.
Now Ap`-pa-im sired only Ish`-I, a son,
And then Ish`-i had She`-sham, & new,
Was Ah`-lai of She`-sham; - & Ja`-da had sons
Je`-ther, Jo`-a-than, - Je`-ther died too.
And Jon`-a-than’s sons were named Pe`-leth & Za`-za,
Je-rah`-me-el’s kin & blood-line.
Now She`-shan had no sons, but daughters; - & Jar`-ha,
A servant from E`-gypt was fine.
So She`-shan gave his only daughter to Ja`-ha
His servant to wife. – She bore At`-tai.
And At`-tai sired Na`-than, & Na`-than had Za`-ba,
And Za`-ba sired Eph`-lel, then O`-bed.
And O`-bed had Je`-hu, & him, Az-a-ri`-ah;
And he begat He`-lez thereby
This He`-lez desired to sire only E-li`-a-sah;
E-li`-a-sah fathered Sim-sam`-e-i.
And Shal`-lum begat Jek-a-mi`-ah, & too,
Jek-a-mi`-ah begat son E-lish`-a-ma.
Je-rah`-me-el’s brother was Ca`-leb, who’s true, -
Begat Me`-sha, his first-born, E-lish`-a-ma.
Now Me`-sha was also the father of Zeph;
And the son of Ma-re`-shah sired He`-bron.
The sons He`-bron fathered were Tap`-pu- a-theth,
And his brothers, both She`-ma & Re`-kon.
And She`-ma had Ra`-ham, the father of Jo`-ko-am:
Re`-kon had Shem`-e-i, and,
The son stemmed from Shem`-e-i had the name Ma`-am,
And Ma`-am had Beth`-zur as planned.
And E`-phah the concubine, Ca`-leb’s madam`
,
Bore him Ha`-ran, & Ga`-zaz & Mo`-za.
The six sons of Jah`-da-a: Re`0gem & Jo`-tham,

Bore two sons: She`-ba, & his Tir-ha`-nah.
She also bore She`-aph, who fathered Mad-man`-nah,
And She`-va, who fathered Mach-be`-nah,
This Mach`-be-nah also sired Gib`-e-a, and,
Ca`-leb’s daughter was Ach`-sa by name.
Now these were the sons of the son of Hur’s band,
And the first-born by Eph`-ra-tah’s claim.
There’s Sha`-bal, who sired Kir-jath-je`-a-rim, and,
Sal`-ma, father of Beth`-le-hem’s band,
Eth-ga`-der, the offspring of Ha`-reph, & grand
Kir-jath-je`-a-min’s She`-bal in hand.
This She`-bal had sons, - one was Har`-o-eh, and,
Half of all the Ma- na`-hath-ite’s men.
And families from Kir-jath-je`-a-rim, planned,
Were the four clans accounted for then:
The Ith`-rites, the Pu`-hites, the old Shu`-math-ites.
And the Mish`-ra-ites, & of them came
The Za`-re-ath-ites, & the Esh`-ta-ul-ites.
…Now the sons stemmed from Sal`-ma claimed fame.

And the great house of Jo`-ab, & those
Of half of Ma-na`-thites, which are of Zo`-rites;

Chapter IV.
These families stemmed from the Zo`-rath-ite tribe.
… Was the father of E`-tam, who sired
Three sons & a daughter & one was a scribe.
She was Haz"-e –lel-po`-ni-, desired.
The names of her brothers were Jez-`-re-el, and,
Ish`-ma also, with Id`-bach, strong men.
Pe-nu`-el, the father of Ge`-dor was grand;

Now these are Hur’s sons, first was Eph`-ra-tah, bad,
Who was Beth`-le-hem’s father, a Shah.
There’s Ash`-ur who issued Te-ko`-a who had
Two fine wives, He`-lah, &, Na`-o-rah.
And Na`-o-rah bore him four sons of good stock:
He`-pher, Tem`-e-ni, &, Ho-as-hash`-te-ri.
A`-shur was first-born & strong as a rock.
… He`-lah’s three sons were brash & awry.
So Ze`-reth, & Jez`-a-am, Eth`-rem were named.
… Coz begot A`-nub, &, begot too,
Za-be`-bah, with families proclaimed & famed,
Of A-ha`-hel of Ha`-rum they knew.
Now Ja`-bez drew honor much higher than that
Of his brethren, because of his birth.
His mother said Ja`-bez was aristocrat,
For she bore him in sorrow, not mirth.
And Ja`-bez called out to the Is`-ra-el God,
Saying, "O, if You’ll bless me indeed,
Enlarging my coast, & You’ll touch with Your rod
To keep evil from me & my seed,
