Born and raised on the south side of Chicago, Illinois, She is the oldest child of three in her family, and is a loving mother with three beautiful children. She attended school at Wm. Claude Reavis Elementary, DuSable High School, and Chicago State University. She currently resides in Illinois, and is a very spiritual person, she loves to sing in the church choir, and her hope is to touch the souls of readers everywhere through the art of poetry!
