A Book about God

INTRODUCTION

As a young child, I would lie awake at night afraid to fall asleep. I worried about having bad dreams or seeing faces in my room. I guess, I have always been sensitive but no one in my family ever believed me. I remember flying in my dreams, like swimming in the air. I could feel myself getting tired while trying to help people.

I would often cry before I would fall asleep and remember hiding under the covers when I felt energy in my room. I can remember back to about two or three and I used to see eyes watching me from the pictures in my room. I think my parents misunderstood and thought I was just trying to stay up late. They did not realize my true fear of being alone in my bedroom and seeing things that I did not understand.

There really was nothing which could hurt me, only fear. I do believe children are always protected by their spirit guides and angels so they cannot physically be harmed; however, if there is any fear a portal can open allowing in others. Spirits are just like people, some full of love and light and some not so much.

This is why I felt the need to help other children, children of all ages, who may see or feel energy and not be able to sleep peacefully. My hope is that my book brings light to all the questions we have not understood, so they can trust in God and the Universe and all have sweet dreams and enjoy happy lives!

Have you ever stood outside and gazed into the night sky and pondered about the Universe? I remember finding myself in deep thought about science and creation. Why were we here on this Earth? Where is Heaven? Who is God?

Growing up I always had a fascination with the study of Science and Astronomy. One of my favorite childhood memories was spending time with my father after my evening bath and getting on my clean jammies. My father and I used to sit out on the lounge chairs and star gaze and discuss all the constellations. I first learned about the Big Dipper and Little Dipper and later learned more about the Universe in Science classes.

My family was religious and I was always encouraged to go to Bible School, Church, and volunteer within my community. Faith in God and Jesus was strong, especially on my mother’s side of the family. My Grandmother Grace had the most beautiful pictures in her house of Jesus and I always felt safe there. We were baptized and taught to say prayers to bless our food and our souls before going to bed.

I have always believed in God, but also felt there was a much bigger picture, more Truth about the Universe. I could not understand why no one seemed to have all the answers to the hundreds of questions I had.

What was the truth about the Theory of Evolution and God creating Adam and Eve? I did not always enjoy going to Sunday worship services as some of the messages were hard to understand and it seemed some of the messages were based on fear and anger. I believe Faith should be based on Love.

I have considered writing a book for a long time thinking that through my personal experiences, that children, and their parents, may be a little more open to things they cannot see or may not want to think about. With understanding, there is no reason to be fearful in going to sleep. Many children have special gifts of intuition, clairvoyance and clairaudience.

One of my friends lost her mother before moving out to Arizona. Her daughter told her mom about a vision of her grandmother. She would be wearing a pink robe when she would come for a visit. This was not scary for the daughter and her mother was open to speak about it. I believe that we do not die, but that we transition and continue in spirit and that loved ones do come to visit and enjoy checking in.

My sister, Linda, and her daughter have had a couple of visitors which they both have seen. One night as my sister was getting ready to fall asleep, she noticed my dad standing as a glimmer of gold at the foot of her bed and he told her he just wanted to stop in and tell her good night. My father has visited our family often just to say hello or to go on vacation with us.

My niece was in the hospital after she had injured her knee and one of the nurses told us about a nun who liked to come visit children and say good night. The nun has crossed to the other side. Lights sometimes go on or off and other occurrences are known to happen helping children not to be afraid during their hospital stay.

When my niece left the hospital, a small girl and her dog followed them home. We later learned she had died a quick death and missed the opportunity to cross over into the light. She lived at their house for a couple of months until we figured out what was going on. Linda woke up one night and thought her daughter had gone to the bathroom. When she did not come back after a few minutes, Linda got up to make sure she wasn’t sick or something.

Her daughter was not in the bathroom, nor in any other room. She came back into her daughter’s room to find her still asleep; and, then realized it was not her daughter who had gotten up and left the room. They both saw this ghost several times.

This little girl has now crossed over and is with her family and friends on the other side. Linda has always slept
