There are tons of books available on How to Buy A Home, although most books focus on what needs to be done and not so much on the how to do it. My content focus is on how to do it with straight-forward advice based on my experience as a real estate broker and consultant.

By In Hawaii, please note that I mean the entire state of Hawaii, each of its six main populated islands (Big Island of Hawaii, Maui, Lānai, Molokai, Oahu, and Kauai) and all of its varied communities. The steps, information, and techniques described within this publication are applicable on every island.
