Ingredients:
• 5 ½ cups of white flour
• 1 ½ tea spoon of yeast
• 2 ¼ cups of milk
• 2 table spoon of sugar
• 1 table spoon of batter (margarine).
• 1 ½ tea spoon of salt
Method:
Preheat oven to 375 F. Stir in a large bowl half cups of flour, yeast, and a glass of milk. In a separate deep pan over medium heat pour the remaining milk; add sugar, salt and butter. Heat to a state of complete dissolution (Just to melt, don’t have to boil). Take off from fire and leave to cool. Add remaining flour. Knead the dough well. Add previously obtained mixture of yeast, milk and flour into the dough. Knead the dough again and put it in the pan, previously sprinkled with flour. Knead the dough again. Place the dough in a bread form. Cover with towel and keep in the worm place for half an hour until it’s dabbles. Cover with foil and roast it 40 minutes, and after takeoff foil and roast till it gets gold color.
2. Simple Bread
Ingredients:
• 1 ½ tea spoon yeast
• 2 ½ cup of worm water
• 2-3 cup of white flour
• One table spoon sugar
• ½ table spoon of salt
Method:
Preheat oven to 375 F. In a glass with warm water sprinkle yeast and sugar and leave it for an hour with the top covered with a towel. In large bowl, sprinkle flour and make a big hole. Pour back salt and pour the contents of a glass and two cups of worm water. Mix well and knead. Cover with towel and put in a warm place till until it doubles in size. Cover with foil and roast it 40 minutes, (or roast till it gets gold collar).
3. Bread with Onions, Olives and Rosemary
Ingredients:
• 3 ¾ cup of white flour
• 1 ½ tea spoon yeast
• 1 ¼ cup of worm water
• One table spoon olive oil
• 1 ½ cup of the grate onion
• 2 clove of grate garlic’s
• 2 table spoon of olive oil
• 1 cup of finally chop olive
• 2 table spoon fresh Rosemarie
• 1 tea spoon sugar
Method:
Preheat oven to 375 F. . In a ½ cup of water add sugar and yeast; keep in a worm place 30 minutes. In a small bowl pour 1 cup of flour and pour the mixture and yeast, add olive oil, salt and remaining warm water. Whip with a mixer for 30 seconds slow and 3 minutes on fast speed. Fry onions in the pan during one minute, add garlic and olives, stirring it up during 5 minutes. Add Rosemarie and take off after one minute. Squeeze out the mixture oil, and add all of this into the dough. There also add the remaining flour and knead well. Then put the dough in the pan and keep it in the warm place for 1-2 hour. Bake until golden brown at 375 degrees.
4. Cheese Bread
Ingredients:
• 3 ¾ cup of white flour
• 1 ½ tea spoon yeast
• 1 ¼ cup of worm water
• One table spoon olive oil
• 1 ½ cup of the grate onion
• 2 clove of grate garlic’s
• 2 table spoon of olive oil
• 1 cup of finally chop olive

Method:
