The recent Earth changes have prompted and inspired me to begin writing and compiling this information that Ive been creating, utilizing and teaching to my clientele, friends and family, since my personal journey began in 1985. Since then, my personal growth towards working and healing my own issues, concerning divorce, incest, food, alcohol and cocaine addiction (21 years of sobriety/100 pounds of weight lost and maintained), Endometrial cancer and a hysterectomy at 28 years old, personal relationship pruning and elimination, journaling for over 30 years, and interpreting my own personal cycles, artwork and poetry.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR
This work is inspired by and dedicated to Survivors . . .

INTRODUCTION
My intent in writing this book is to provide the reader with tools for moving forward with momentum and power, designed to be supportive, creative and inspiring, as you
, the reader, follow your
belief system and listen to the voice of your
intuition. This work was inspired by the Southeastern Asia Tsunamis hit last year, the flood of emotion and fear that was generated, prompted me to reflect and answer the S.O.S., in this way. Throughout my forty-something years of life, I have battled many Beasts
, my own as well as others’; my personal journey towards sobriety and awareness began over 20 years ago. I began with the principle of Heal thy Self
, not believing that I was powerless ! My mindset was strong into healing all the aspects of my-Self—physically, mentally, emotionally, socially, tribally, morally and spiritually.
Physically—pertaining to the Body
Mentally—pertaining to Thoughts in your Mind
Emotionally—pertaining to Feelings and Reactions
Socially—pertaining to relationships’ with others
Tribally—pertaining to family, bloodline and ancestry
Morally—pertaining to lessons learned through experience
Spiritually—pertaining to the Soul and the Guidance you seek
These 7 areas, focused on throughout my own process, have given myself and others’ the tools to Sail Through
just about anything that life throws in our direction. The number seven is symbolic and significant, as a mystical number marking the beginnings and endings, cyclic periods of growth and development: 7 days to create the world, 7 chakras, 7 heavens, 7 directions, every 7 years is a death/rebirth cycle, 7 deadly sins, 7 days of the week, 7 Seas, etc., . . . 2005 is a 7
, a numerological symbol of cosmic and spiritual order and the completion of a natural cycle—it was a magical
year !
These are the tools, exercises and projects that I used to help to heal my-Self in each of these areas, losing over 100 pounds, separating from abusive mates, and completely changing my life path—they worked for me and I think if you put yourself into it, you can design it to your own beliefs and challenges.
When your body is in crisis or dis-ease, it is not only a physical phenomenon; when your feeling emotionally drained, its not only a change taking place; when your mind is going crazy
, its not only the choices you are making; when your social calendar is over-booked, its not only boundaries that need to be set; when your tribe thinks you should DO
something, its not only you characterized; when your spirit sinks to a dark place, its not only a holy person
that can guide you through; when you choose the moral low road
, not only you are affected. The entire process can stagnate or create a ‘chain reaction’, until you are a mess, and they all lead into one another and affect each other intimately.
This is one reason that CURES
(prescriptions, therapists, doctors, retreats, etc . . .) are usually ineffective—Unless you are dealing with the WholeSelf
, nothing will work permanently . . .
The responsibility of your life and the guidance you seek, is within your own ‘brain’/mind, body and spirit, and if you tap into that source—your potential as a human-being is endless in its rewards . . .
I am the one true thing I know that I believe in !
I would like to thank all of the teachers
that inspired and encouraged me to write and share this information.

Signal or Symbol ?
Most people believe S.O.S.
is a signal that shouts Save our ship
during times of distress. Maybe people should believe it is a symbol that prays Save our Spirits
or Save our Souls
during times of distress. Then most people would believe, and we could all be Unified in an attempt towards the most important message of all . . . Save our Salvation

CHAPTER ONE
Earthly CYCLES
I am a child of the Earth—broken down by human nature,
I am an adolescent of the trees—rooting my feelings deep within,
I am a woman of Venus—with romantic notions of love and harmony,
I am a spirit of the Sun—emerging from the clouds of the past,
I am a Soul of the Universe—journeying towards eternal life . . .

Physical Healing
CYCLES: by definition means a round of years or a recurring period of time, especially one in which certain events or phenomena repeat themselves in the same order and at the same intervals; any complete round or series of occurrences that repeats or is repeated.
CYCLES symbolically means progression, growth, development in forward or onward movement; regeneration linked with cycles of manifestation, birth, death, rebirth, the Zodiac, time and human destiny.
Cycles in healing the physical body are personal according to Birthdate, astrology, numerology, the moon, the seasons, the weather and so on. To learn about your cycles, you have to pay attention to your personal cycles. Most of our individuality is more clearly defined as our physical appearance, yet our Universal Connection is mapped out from the moment we appeared ‘physically’, when we were born. On the day we were born, our unique aspects remain different from anyone else’s on the planet, except possibly a twin. We may share common birth signs, sometimes even the most generalized horoscope—but, your
natal birth chart can clearly define who you are, what you are here to do, whom to share it with, where others’ can stop your progression, and why certain challenges will be faced and when. The date (day of the month) you were born is your first ‘cyclic’ barometer, the anniversary of your birth is your New Year
; the same date falling consecutively each month (or house) is your
compass point towards staying the course; the Universe placed stars and planets in these ‘houses’ directly or in retrograde to urge your needs being met physically; the constellations gauges your
character and quality in relationships.
Astrology teaches us about our relationship of planetary cosmic cycles to our own life; cosmic influence, energies, a virtual guideline, a map of aspects or constructs you may use to enhance learning and growth. Astrological configurations are stepping stones to higher awareness. Remember, you always have free will to determine how you will use, respond to, any influence on any level of your being.
Your astrology chart is your personal map, calculated using the date and time you were born from the perspective of your birth location and the placement of the stars directly above you, at that time. NO TWO CHARTS ARE EVER THE SAME ! These charts contain 4 main Keys: planets, signs, houses and aspects. The 10+ planets are actual physical bodies, they represent urges and needs we all have simply by virtue of our decision to take up residence inside our physical body. The planets are: Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto.
The ancients believed that the planets were powerful living Gods, which profoundly influenced the evolution of symbolism. They incorporated this belief into their Myths, leading thinkers in the fields of science, philosophy and religion to accept the principle that all planets presided over events on Earth. Although astrology and science parted ways by the 18th century, planetary symbolism had by then become an inextricable part of human life.
The 12 signs of the Zodiac describe the style of behavior a planet or house will use to express itself. The 12 signs are: Aries, Taurus, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, Virgo, Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius, Capricorn, Aquarius, and Pisces. In astrology, the Zodiac provides the symbolic background for predictions of the mental, physical and emotional make-up of individuals. Astrologers drew on ancient symbolism, existing science and observations of human nature to allocate qualities and characteristics of all kinds to these and suggest polarities and relationships between them as a basis
