Biography

Mark D. Gleason grew up in a small town in West Michigan. His business career began at a very young age. He started negotiations on the playground and sold everything from grape suckers to garden snakes. As he grew older, his interest in sales increased and the items he sold evolved into condominiums, subdivisions, and land developments. The son of a homebuilder, home sales came second nature to Mark. He found his passion in serving others and eventually discovered his niche in helping families find their new home. Mark’s thirty-plus years of experience as a REALTOR span from owning his own real estate agency to managing various different companies.

Today, at the age of fifty-two, he still calls the same small town home and is always on the go, listing and selling properties. In his free time, Mark can be found hiking the sand dunes with his wife and business partner, Kim, or perch and bluegill fishing on Lake Michigan. More recently, Mark has coupled his sales experience with his ability to achieve through different speaking engagements. In doing what he does best – spreading knowledge with enthusiasm - he has gained much praise from those he has uplifted.
