About this ebook

A rather peculiar thing happened to me last night, I woke up and I was in another world. This world seemed so real. Was it a dream? ... Hmmm... Not sure... but sometimes I wonder if it was somewhere I have always wanted to envision and become part of, but never allowed myself to enter until I woke up and was 30.
It seems absurd to actually contemplate that I am not a child. My world was so entwined in mysticism and creativity that I wondered if my mind wanted to embrace that fantasy all the time. Yet ...developmentally I know I couldnt stay there and take part in this world I entered and wanted to still be in.
Rhetorical statements are so obscure at times and seem to be drifting away from me... I wonder if I will grasp hold of my adulthood... but if I do, I will never encounter this comfort zone that I want to go back to... or do I?

Phylis Stacey Shapiro

Miss Shapiro has been writing children´s stories for 11 years. She started writing them when she started teaching. She wrote her first early childhood book to help her first graders learn to read. Miss Shapiro has always enjoyed drawing, poetry, singing, and painting. She loves to incorporate these into her books. By getting to know her early childhood audience, she was able to create books that helped them to learn to read and write creatively and have fun as well. Her students loved to become the characters in the stories she wrote and enjoyed making plays and working on small activities based on her books in the classroom. By using vibrant colors, and interactive activities in her books, her students grew to appreciate her craft.
