L.E. Baer

Born in Pennsylvania and raised in Canton, Ohio, the author attended Hamilton College, and Biarritz American University at the end of WWII. He served in Europe for two years and earned a Bronze Star. Later, Mr. Baer completed two degrees at Ohio State University. After teaching high school social studies for almost 40 years, mostly in Riverside, California, he was inspired to write children’s poetry by his many grandkids. His hobbies include drawing and European travel. He has been a member of Tau Kappa Epsilon and Berlin Veterans.
