James Rogan
James Rogan is a former U.S. congressman; he is a retired law professor, gang murder prosecutor in the Los Angeles County District Attorney's office, and judge of the California Superior Court. As a freshman member of the U.S. House Judiciary Committee, his colleagues chose him to help lead the prosecution team in the impeachment and trial of President Bill Clinton.
