About this ebook
TORN is a collection of poems that visualises the emotional phase of every human being, where the reader gets to know how it would feel like if you are broken at one stage of your life. For the love that is left behind or the one that is waiting ahead - this is a portray of all at once. When one part of you is torn, it is indeed possible to get back. With the progression of a relationship, there is this phase where each individual feels the discomfort and this might lead to the breaking of this bond, but remember if you really need this bond to be quoted under the unbreakable, it is up to you.

Torn - Shahanaz M Meera
I Don't Need This Road to Extend
I was never afeared of what awaits
at the end of this road
as long as you were by my side.
Never I was on the verge to
pay attention to those random talks
which carried by the breeze of my past.
For the life ahead,
with you being afar, in a strange tone
I do not need this road to extend,
let the end come aside, one hand away...
so I'll call it a day
once and forever, without a comeback
to pester you or the mighty friend of yours.
It's been hectic lately
to drive along the gutters
which I was never fond
