Think Like a Boss - Katicia Joseph

    Have a well-defined purpose!

When you stop chasing the negative things, you give the positive things a chance to catch up with you." Lolly Daskal.

Getting out of bed to face the day and go into a job that pays you minimum wage is the not knowing your purpose in life is one of many people's daily questions in this world. As crazy as it may sound, most people around us continue to live by their routines, waiting for paydays to come to supply their needs. In this way, energy accumulates, generating a so-called comfort zone, where your interests are already shaped and secure. Once you’ve become this comfortable, there is no need to take risks or evolve. We let the ball roll, generating a closed circle. Thus, we limit the human being's imagination, avoiding projecting future events that can achieve each of us’ emotional and personal evolution.

In this way, we limit the growth that an individual can achieve, a common cause accompanied by fear of failure.

The purposes or goals are usually generated in individuals when there is a need for something, lack of money, lousy jobs, broken relationships, loss of loved ones, and illnesses. These events activate the individual's need to survive and plan or look for alternatives that make you feel alive. A common example is the lack of money; this can be caused by a layoff, an illness, or a bad investment. At this point, the person is forced to look for options and remember what their abilities are or what they are willing to do to improve their condition. Without knowing, he creates a purpose focused on finding a better-paying job to achieve his comfort zone once again.

Another similar situation is when you have a lousy job, but it pays well. Leaving it would risk your economic stability. Despite not being happy with the job you are doing, it is necessary to keep it, simulating the phrase fool me but don't leave me; used when a woman is unfaithful to a man, and he knows it. Performing activities that you do not normally enjoy frustrates your attitudes and prevents you from developing new skills. Consequently, generating the habit of the best part of the day is when it ends, leaving unimportant the phrase "don't make life easy for yourself, do the right thing.

One of the most frequent in the world is when you suffer a disappointment in love, the end of a relationship revolts your being in unknown dimensions. At this moment, the human being needs to reinvent himself and look for ways to change his environment. The first thing is to change the social circle avoiding people related to your loss, thereby unknowingly allowing you to meet other people with different criteria. In this way, you expand your boundaries by assimilating new information to discover and strengthen your skills.

Many examples can continue to be mentioned that activate the need for purpose in our lives; however, why wait to be immersed in one of these situations to activate us and make us feel alive. Why do we have to be against the wall to react and evolve? The ideal is to take our life at this moment and generate control, planning and projecting the self with goals to live. In this way, we will have every day a reason to get out of bed and start building our purpose. Thus, when we finish the first one, we will start with the next one, and in the blink of an eye, we will be forming ourselves as happy and fulfilled people.

Here are some tips to help you fulfill your goals

    Set goals and resolutions.

It is very important to sit down on your laptop or notebook, write down each one of the things you want to do in your life. You can do it in the form of a list, simulating that they are necessary tasks that you must accomplish to have a full life. You should consider what you love to do, your talents and abilities, what the world needs and what you can be paid for. Considering all these aspects, formulate your goals with criteria that will generate the required happiness.

The goals must be realistic and concrete. The fiction part that we possess must be left aside. In this way, place in ascending form according to the estimated time from minor to major.

Idealize the resolutions. It would help if you were convinced that this task's realization will bring significant benefits to your life.

The way of writing them is fundamental. It must have motivated writing accompanied by the terms I want or I will.

Next to each goal, leave spaces to place comments when you finish with it. These should be focused on how you did to reach it.

It is recommended to place accessible short-term goals initially, as accomplishing them will help you keep going for more.

Values and purposes change as we evolve, generating new goals. For this reason, you must leave space to add new purposes, remember that they are not looking for you; you must find them.

Life purposes drive living beings to carry out one or several actions that generate full well-being. Based on each person's criteria, a life framed in freely chosen purposes will allow them to develop their abilities to the maximum. You are creating an ecstatic and happy being, infecting their environment with their achievements and satisfactions. Having defined your purposes will help you be productive because you choose what to do according to your guidelines. In this way we recommend you:

    - The purposes do not appear overnight. You must combine your skills with the desire of wanting to be someone better. In this way, define them in one or several.

    - The purpose of having goals and purposes lies in improving your emotional and physical quality of life to look at yourself in the mirror and smile sincerely to see the person you have become.

    - Create a limitless and pleasant environment, which will be made up of people you have chosen with criteria based on your interests and theirs.

    - You will stop fighting against the world and start enjoying it, with its advantages and disadvantages. For this you must work on something that makes you happy, it is the only way to develop your skills.

    - Start living with passion and excitement, look for activities that generate a smile and satisfaction, are essential to enjoy the day to day; remember that life is only one.

Resolutions make the most successful and happy people in the world. It is a matter of sitting down to define them and then running to achieve them.

One of the most common mistakes that all entrepreneurs and freelancers make is to put their heart and soul into the active part of the job and neglect the strategy.

Day by day, we eat, lose sight of the big picture, and only see the tree instead of having the forest's big picture. Strategy is the way forward for all this work to be meaningful and get results.

Therefore, you must not lose sight of it. And even more so, in times of uncertainty with the looming economic crisis, plotting different paths and exploring new scenarios will help us react in time and protect us from what may happen.

From time to time, for example, every quarter, it is necessary to review the direction
