    on't get played, Change the game," this was the message on a great shirt I received when I donated to a crowdfunding campaign in 2019. I love it, so I wear it a lot. So many people give me compliments when I do. Miss Bianca J. Jackson ran the campaign. My sister, my friend, my co-captain at one point when we held the two top positions of a national organization focused on educating, elevating, and empowering undergraduate and alumna members. We worked together to bring about much-needed changes in the organization while addressing controversial issues. We understood that these changes were complex, but they were also necessary to ensure the institution's well-being and sustainability in the long term. I learned a lot about Bianca as a leader and a change agent in that era of my life. These things helped shape my own personal and professional practices moving forward, about moral courage and facing tough challenges with conviction.
